Mr. Avery? You have a visitor. Ill ask. The woman looked at Marina and asked, What is your visit regarding?

His daughter, Marina answered still smiling.

She says its about your daughter sir alright, Ill send her back. After receiving the appropriate directions, Marina made her way to the mans office. She had seen his commercials and knew to expect the movie star looks of the tall man with blond hair and blue eyes. What she didnt expect was the brusque manner in which he drew her into his office and quickly closed the door. Without a word he took her by the elbow and directed her to a comfortable chair in front of his desk. After she was seated, he went to his own chair and sat down as he pulled open a drawer and pulled out a checkbook. Once he had it arranged to his liking, he looked at Marina.

What has she done now? he questioned with exasperation evident in his voice.

What was it? Did she sleep with your husband? Your boyfriend or your girlfriend maybe? Marina was almost speechless as she listened to his questions. What will it take to make it go away and make you feel better? he asked taking a pen out of his pocket and starting to fill out a check.
