Tina woke to an empty bed, suddenly remembering being kissed passionately before falling back to sleep.

A Saturday morning lie in without Bette by her side, not her idea of fun, but she had been so tired after the hours of the long and intense passionate night that any sleep was welcomed and that after the kiss she had been awoken with she had immediately fallen back to into a deep slumber.

She ran her fingers through her hair as she looked around the room at the scattered clothes, the evidence of a spontaneous and unexpected night of passion.

A wince and a smile crept to her face as she flung the covers back and stood up; she ached in places she forgot existed.  Her lips felt bruised, her neck was stiff and her hips and thighs…, they just ached…

A picture of a naked Bette came to mind…, that insatiable woman that she could never get enough of, and it seemed that vice versa applied if last night was anything to go by…

“Hot shower…” Tina said to no one in particular.

Tina glanced at the strewn clothes, wondering why they seemed to be in an organised arrangement on the floor when she knew they had been flung from their bodies…

She cocked her head in different directions, suddenly smiling as it dawned on her…, there was a giant letter ‘I’ laid out on the bedroom floor, made up of their discarded clothes.

Her mind wondered at the places she would find the remaining words.

Bette liked to play this game, but it happened at the most unexpected times and Tina certainly hadn’t expected it this morning.

She had kind of heard the mumbled expletives earlier as the alarm had gone off, working on a Saturday morning at the CAC was not Bette’s favourite thing to do, but she knew that if she went in early then she would be home by lunchtime with a promise that they would spend the rest of the day just chilling out at home together without interruption.

But as Tina mobilised herself and moved around the bedroom, trying to stretch her aching muscles she glanced out of the window, noticing how good the whether looked for an autumn day and the idea of a picnic sprang to mind.

    2. As always… splendid, playful, funny, happy… just B/T at their best (and you, at yours, of course ;-)) I miss Lady Slayer too, do you think she will come back soon ? pleeeaaaaasssseee

    3. Such is Porter’s Potency that Tina can’t even think outside the picnic basket. I can’t blame her and I think Bette forgave her. Hmmm…it wasn’t so long ago that you had Tina feeding the ducks and geese, and now she’s feeding on their livers! Can we put that one down to Porter’s Potency as well? Who cares! Just pass me the pate.

    4. So I saw the word “pate” and automatically my mind thought “payt.” LMAO I think Denis Leary once talked about that. Anyway, IC should read more TiBette FF like this one to figure out how to write them.

    5. Maybe the t-shirt that Tina took from Bette should have Pearl Jam on it. Jennifer is a fan of the lead singer of the band. Poor Tina forgetting the blanket and the corkscrew. That just tells you how much power Bette Porter has over Tina Kennard. She would have forgotten her head if not for focusing a little bit on her task, mainly the food. They are sooo cute together in their levis and stolen shirts.

    6. Hahhahahahahaha ‘I can’t believe I forgot the fucking blanket’ Oh MAN is your T a wolly or what ;) Okokok I know, look who’s talking… Yes its definatly smth I could do :P LMFAO! Lovely, romantic, funny and sweet… Woman, ur words reach to my tibette heart! Well, u know how I feel abt ur writing ;) JOBADGE FOR PRESIDENT!
