“You will always be MamaB’s most favorite and best jelly ever.” Bette assured her scooping her up and hugging her tightly. She winced for a moment at the slight tightening in her abdomen but the sensation quickly passed.
Tina who could read every expression came quickly to her side, placing a hand in the small of her back. “You ok?”
“Fine” she smiled at her wife. She wondered when she would get used to Tina being her wife. She suspected never. She would always be grateful for this wondrous connection she had with this woman. She was startled by the flood of water that poured between her legs. “I seem to be about to have your baby.”
Tina looked down and saw the wet sand by Bette’s feet.
“Let me have Angie.” Tina said taking their daughter into her arms. Tina held out her other hand to Bette. “Are you ok to walk?”
“I’m fine, just a little surprised” Bette returned reassuring Tina and linking her hand through the crook of Tina’s arm.
Fortunately they had set up the birthing tank last weekend as the due date drew near.
“Melissa?” Tina called as they entered the house. Melissa appeared almost instantly. “Can you give Angelica her bath tonight? Bette’s water broke and I need to call Dr. Wilson.”
Melissa’s eyes grew wide. “Is there anything I can do?” They had planned for this and now that the moment was at hand she was nervous.
“Just keep Angie occupied.” Tina smiled at her pulling her blackberry and calling Dr. Wilson.
The midwife, Crystal, arrived forty five minutes later and Kit close on her heels.
“Let’s see what’s going on” Crystal moved to Bette who was seated in the birthing chair at the moment with Tina by her side. She reached between Bette’s thighs and nodded at she felt for her level of dilation. Bette gasped at the contact and Tina held her hand tightly. She hated anyone touching Bette even the midwife. “Everything feels good” Crystal said with a smile, ignoring the daggers that Tina threw at her with her eyes. “You are nicely dilated and everything looks good. I suspect you will have a quick and easy birth.”

Yea, baby time. This will be one very beautiful baby with these two very beautiful women as mother’s she will have to be a knockout beauty. Hope everything goes well for Bette giving birth, no drama please. Tina can’t take it and neither can we. Can hardly wait for the description of this new baby. You know I love your alpha Tina, and the relationship they have now is so beautiful. Thanks for loving them and writing them in such a loving manner. Post when you can.

trust there is no trouble with the birting; like T’s creativity cuz well u know how besotted i am with T. Yeah, the sonogram day is still confused for me because as Bette left T kinda said this doesn’t change anything and Bette just had to agree; and I wonder why Helena and T fell apart then when T was still keeping Bette at a distance…then she goes back home and then more shit…very confusing for my small brain that likes things to be logical, lol….anywayz love your writing as always. hope the jobs great. pps.
That’s not enough :( Please don’t let Tina kill Crystal for touching Bette Dr. Wilson couldn’t get there fast enough to finish the birth haha. PPPS

woohoo…baby time!!!! i hope Tina can put her jealousy a side to truly experience the birth of their baby since she was pretty much knocked out with Angie. Be strong for your woman tee!!!!!
I love how Bette and Tina make sure they have special time each night with Angelica. And Bette reassuring Angelica that she will always be her Jelly was so sweet. I am excited for the baby’s birth.
