Alice and Dana had got a taxi back to Alices` and had both gone into their respective rooms to get changed and showered. Dana was ready first and got a glass of water and sat on the sofa. She didn’t know what to do to pass the time so got up and went over to Alices` music collection. The selection was eclectic and vast, she certainly loved her music. Dana then saw that hidden at the base of the pile was Alices` albums. Dana dug her personal favourite out and put it on the CD player. She turned up the volume and sat down. She put her head back against the sofa and smiled. That was her girlfriend singing. Dana beamed to herself, the most sexy singer and actress ever was her girlfriend. Feeling such overwhelming happiness she leaned forward and looked under the coffee table and saw some magazines and papers to flick through until Alice was finally ready!

Dana looked at the front of the first paper and saw that adorning the front was a picture of Alice with some girl in tow behind her and a not very pleasant headline. Dana frowned, put it down and looked at the next magazine. The front had a smaller picture with Alice obviously trying to cover the lens of a camera and a page number saying how readers could read how some bitch was going to tell all about her one night stand with Alice Pieszecki. Dana was shocked and started to flick to the page, feeling tremendous anger building up inside.

At this point Alice came out of her room, around the corner into the lounge and looked at Dana sat on her sofa. She slowly but quietly walked over to Dana with the intention of surprising her. As she got closer she saw Dana was looking at her collection of articles about her private life. Alice froze and panicked.

Alice – “Hey Dana, what are you doing?”

Dana looked a deer caught in the headlights – “Oh Alice, sorry, I was waiting for you and thought I would have a look at some magazines but …”

Alice looked over her shoulder and noticed it was a particular nasty feature on her with one girl giving her account of their night of ‘sordid sex’. Alice sat next to Dana and Dana went to give Alice them back.
