    How did you meet her? Tina asked, she wasnt sure she should be asking this things or even if she wanted to know, but didnt want that Candance became a taboo subject

    I meet Candy at the CAC, about a year later of us… Bette trailed off she bid for a job there, needless to say she got it and we started working together

    Tina Only nodded.

    Tina just looked at Bette, there was a void in her manner, something in the tone of her voice, there was a woman in pain not really knowing which way to go and not knowing how to break with all of her curses, Tina knew she was not likely the one that was gonna help her to find her way, she knew she didnt even deserve a chance to try, she was one of the curses, but she was ready to Fight this time around and die trying because either way there was nothing else to lose for her. So she took a deep breath and jump to the abyss, eyes wide open.

    Would you have dinner with me? she said with the casual calm she used during her meetings when she was bluffing at work.

    what? Bette said not expecting that,

    Yeah, dinner, food, at night. she said in that special innocent tone. I promise you I dont drink alcohol anymore she said getting serious

    Me either Bette said standing up to go help the kids.

    3. wow i love how tina is in your story. i hope gives her a chance. i like how you gave us a little bit more about them but still there are so many questions not answered. i love your story.

    10. Go to dinner get a free evening out. At least we know that candance didnt break T nB up. Tina did that. So glad that Bette was happy for a few years with Candance. Is Bette bitter toward Tina or just hurt from a mistake,due to a drunken night? Thanks so much for this chapter.

      “Me either” Bette said standing up to go help the kids. ….i know before a few chapters back alice only said a drunk driver was the reason for the crash, then bette says a drunk driver, then this comment and bette says she doesn’t drink anymore, was it cause of the accident overall, or was she the drunk driver? i’m just wondering, i read into things too much sometimes. so let me know and thanks for writing! great chapter! :)
