Part 12

Tina quickly got Angelica ready, then frantically ran around grabbing diapers, juice and a few snacks for the baby, she threw them in a bag.  She slung the bag over her shoulder and took the baby out to the car then securely strapped her in.  She started the car and drove as fast as she could round to Bette’s place.

The blonde and her babe walked up to her former home, she knocked on the door loudly, no one came.  She went to the front window, and looked inside , then to the back of the house and peered in that window, all she could see was a beautiful bunch of yellow roses, and an expensive bottle of champagne lying on the kitchen table…it was obvious the brunette was not at home.  Tina turned on her heel and walked away from Bette’s, she walked along the path to  Shane and Jenny’s, and softly knocked the door, getting no response she tried the doorknob, it was open she knocked again then entered saying “Shane?…Shane are you home?”

“I’m coming Tee- I’ll be right out!” Shane shouted back

A few minutes later a rather dishelved brunette entered the living room.

“Sorry Shane…I hope I’m not interrupting anything?”  Tina said now embarrassed by her intrusion

“It’s cool Tina..I was just sleeping, what’s up? Shane registered the baby then and stared at her intently

“I’m looking for Bette, have you seen her?”

“No sorry…I assumed she was with you? Who’s the kid Tee?” Shane asked moving closer and stroking Angie’s sleeping face, the baby stirred then and opened her eyes

“Oh My God…those eyes! She’s yours!..Tina how? When? Do you want to tell me what’s going on? WOW!”

Tina trusted Shane and knew what she told her would go no further.

She quickly explained to Shane what had happened after Provocations, not going into too much specifics, just telling her about having the baby etc and coming back to West Hollywood with her, with the hope of her and Bette getting back together, and all three of them being a family again..but that was looking unlikely now as somehow Bette had found out about the baby before Tina had the chance to confess to Bette about Angelica’s existence.
