Its a nice feeling resolving things with your girlfriend. Then you get to experience moments like this. I’m walking down the street beside Carmen. Just goofing off and sharing loving glances, dude even the rain cleared up right when we got off the bus. Freaky huh?

Carmen is talking, but I’m not really listening. I can’t stop staring at her lips. God, I want to kiss her so bad. Don’t get me wrong, I love just talking to her or doing other things where we connect without intimately touching, but sometimes I just want to kiss my girlfriend when I want to. It kills me sometimes holding back.

" Shane, are you listening to me?" Carmen intterupts my thoughts.

" Yes," I blurt out unconvincingly.

" Look me in the eyes and say that," she stares at me.

Damn, she knows I can’t lie to someone like that, it’s one of my weaknesses that only she knows about. I’m working on improving that.

" Ok. No, now would you stop with the Glare of Truth already." She smirks triumphantly.

Then sighs out," I was asking if you wanted to come over today?"

" And get watched by your mom like a naughty child, no thanks." I can’t stand when her mother does that, I can’t say one word to Carmen without her mom being right there the whole time. It’s not like I’m gonna jump Carmen’s bones right there on the living room sofa with her aunts, uncles, and cousins sitting there.

"Aww come on Shaney, Mama is not that bad. She just doesn’t trust you around me alone because your-"

" Gay?! Yea, so are you Carm, but Mama doesnt know about that does she? So I’m percieved as the hungry wolf tryna steal her innocent little lamb. Thanks babe," I huff. Sometimes I just wish Carmen would come out to her whole family already, but I know I have to wait till she’s ready. Sucks

" She also doesn’t know that I’m the one usually getting you all hot and bothered everytime she turns her back, while you worry about us getting caught. Your so cute when your panicky Love Bunny," Carmen whispers in my ear suductively before running ahead of me. Oh, so not fair!

       She runs down the alley behind her house as I finally catch her and drag her to a secluded spot by the apartment building next to her house. I immediately attack her neck with my lips as she trys to catch her breath. Guess I’m not helping much, oh well.

" You think thats funny huh? Teasing me when you know I can’t do anything about it." I say in between kisses.

" Maybe," she says still out of breathe. That might be because I’ve started sucking on her pulse point now. " Shane!" She shrieks as I nip her neck. I suck on the spot one last time before she pushes me away.

" Oh my God, Shane did you just give me a hickey?" Camen yells at me as she searches her bag for a mirror to view my handiwork.

" Maybe," I say slyly.

" Shane, how am I going to hide this?" She asks looking in the mirror at her neck, fingering the spot where I bit her.

" You should have thought of that before you started teasing again," I smirk triumphantly. She huffs at me, then turns to walk to her back door. " What no goodbye kiss?" I ask, surprised that she just walked away without saying something snarky back.

" You should have thought of that before you decided to give me a hickey," she threw over her shoulder as she opened the door.

Ah, I knew it was gonna come eventually. That’s my Carmen. " Call you later?" I asked smiling at her perdictability.

Closing the door Carmen replies with a smirk, " You better."

      I chuckle to myself as I start walking back down the alley towards my house. Taking my sweet time. I hate my house, I’m not welcome there anyway. I have to face it, I’m not wanted at anyone’s house including my own. I started feeling sorry for myself till I remembered somewhere where I was always accepted. I pull out my cell and dial the number.

" Hey, Jenny wanna hang?"
