“I agree Honey, you wear them well.” at that moment Bette realized that she and drag queens had a lot in common at least the drag queens with good fashion sense. The love for fashion, shoes and makeup ran through their veins. Besides desiring to look good what they had in common was their love for beautiful women. Only they just wanted to be one or just look like one. Bette was one and wanted one of her very own. ‘Who knows I just might be waiting for her right now to walk back out those doors.’ Bette smiles at the thought as Tina walks back out of the club followed by a tall beautiful blond.
“Bette I would like you to meet Kelly. Kelly this is Bette.”
“I’m Bette, Bette Porter nice to meet you Kelly.”
“Kelly Wentworth it‘s a pleasure to meet you as well. Tina here says you helped her out tonight. And thanks for seeing her here safely.”
“Not a problem at all. We girls have to look out for one another don’t we?”
“Yes we do.” Kelly answers with a slight giggle and gets distracted as customer leaves the club. “Nice to have met you Bette I need to talk to him before he gets to his car. Tina I’ll be ready to leave in about half an hour so take your time.” she wanders off after the guy.
“Well that’s one of my room mates.”
“He’s quite good. I never would have thought he was a man if you hadn’t said anything. He‘s gorgeous.”
“So that mean you would have hit on him …..I mean her?”
Bette didn’t know how to take what Tina just said and Tina notices and starts laughing. “I was just joking. You should have seen your face just now.” Bette relaxes her face and just smiles.
“Well I am paid to notice beautiful.” Bette says as she looks Tina in the eyes and gives her her best smile.
Tina loving what she saw but felt slightly uncomfortable and looks way. Tina pulls out and looks at her phone for the time. Thinking about it’s current safety feature. “Oh I need to text Roxy and let her know that I made it here safely.” she texts Roxy returns her phone to her pocket. “Is your friend on her way yet?”
“Ah…No she having a little trouble getting Alice settled in.” she lies “I told her to take her time. That there were plenty of people around so I wasn’t in any danger.”
“I’ll still hang out here with you until she comes. I wouldn’t want to abandon you. After all you were my saving grace tonight.”
‘I would love to grace you every night’ runs through Bette’s head. Bette simply smiles at her remark and thinks. ‘Okay Porter open your mouth and speak, you have verbal skills, so use them.’

Yes, I was hoping that Blaze was Tina, and to have Kelly be a male drag queen is priceless. I am so loving this story.

And there I was telling BnT that we needed to go track you down.. =)) Well, if you need any motivation, just know that the mob with the pitchforks and torches still exists.. =P This is a very interesting twist of the Tibette story and I would love to see how Bette uses those verbal skills of hers!! Great to see this fic is back. So Kelly’s a drag gueen huh, I’m sure Tina willl turn any offer to see Bette again down because she was a customer. Maybe Bette can give Tina her contact info and let her decide if she wants to talk to or see her again. After all Bette wasn’t the usual customer she has. PPS
