    A cruel scare… shopping

    Chapter 40

     

    Dr. Taylor walks back in with the necessary equipments. He takes the biopsy and brings it down to the lab. He pushed it trough right away, so the waiting wouldnt be long.

    Bette and Tina waited in the waiting area for the results. Bette is leaning onto Tina and has fallen asleep. Tina is awake, keeping an eye out for Dr. Taylor. And two hours later he enters the waiting area with a piece of paper. Tina wakes Bette.

    Babe, wake up, the results are here. Tina says softly in Bettes ears.

    Bette sits up straight. Dr. Taylor motions for them to follow him into his office.

    Please take a seat. He says as he also takes a seat at his desk.

    Please Dr. Taylor, just tell us. Bette says.

    Well, good news actually. Its benign. Its about the size of a golf ball, and its pressing against some nerves. Thats why you feel pain. Dr. Taylor says as he smiles a little.

    It hasnt sunk in to Bette and Tina yet.

    Benign? Bette asks.
    Yes, benign. Dr. Taylor replies.

    Tina is speechless and tears are flowing down her face, but these were happy tears.

    So, what do we do about it? Bette asks.

    Well, well have to go in and remove it, over time it could change. But at this stage its benign. So Ill schedule you for an operation this week. Dr. Taylor says.

    Okay, thank you doctor. Bette says. She grabs Tinas hand and pulls her up and into a hug.

    You see, I told you I was going to be fine. Bette whispers in Tinas ear. They walk out of the office and out to the car.

    Tina? You okay? You havent said anything. Bette asks before they get into the car. Tina just throws her arms around Bette.

    I cant take much more of this drama. I hope that this was the last time. Tina cries out.

    Im sure it is. Im not planning on going back here, except for the last operation. Bette says and gives Tina a slight smile.

    I love Bette. Tina says as she looks into Bettes eyes. Bette kisses Tina on the lips. I love you too T. Forever. Bette replies. Lets go home. She continues. Tina drives them home. Its very early now, the sun is setting on the horizon. Shane fell asleep on the floor in Angelicas room.

    6. i´m sad…but that is a warning for Bette cuz who had cancer will never be relieve..always need to be careful cuz that desease is treacherous but i hope Bette will be fine and free forever and now she will be more carefull and make regular examination..great chapter as always post soon
