L WING – Chapter 133
Narration of First Lady Tina Kennard-Porter
I put the final touches to the chocolate mousse I prepared this morning before I left for North Carolina – the tuna steaks are grilling nicely and all that this evening is lacking is a wife — my wife.
I go to the dining room where I have prepared the table and have one of the best candelabras out with enough candles in to make the room nice and romantic. I am back in the kitchen chopping some spring onions for the salad when I hear the main door to the Residence open. A few minutes later the kitchen door swings open and I hear Bette coming in. I expect her to come up to me and take hold of me but there is no movement. So I turn to look at her — she is leaning against the freezer
“Hey “
“Just admiring the view “ she says softly
“You like what you see ? “
“Yeah – the food looks great and I love tuna steaks “
“Not what I meant “
“I know – you know what I feel about the other view. I love it like I love every part of you”
I move across to get a pepper from a bowl – she grabs me and pulls me close. I again expect something that does not happen. Normally she would kiss me – burn our lips together in a statement of intent – letting me know what the evening holds. But she just pulls me into her arms and hugs me tight. I hold onto her and just enjoy the sensation of being so close to my wife – I will never tire of this feeling
“You okay ? “ I ask
She smiles “ Can I help with dinner ? “
“No its okay – go and sit down – want a beer ?”
“Please – nothing I can do ?”
“Yes – go sit down and wait for your wife to bring you our dinner”
“Sure ? “
“Certain – go on B “
“Thank you “
She wanders out . I know there is something wrong – work probably. Given her job she does an amazing job of switching off when we are alone. If anyone talks about work at home its usually me much to her amusement.

“Bob” is so dead! But I don’t blame her, who wouldn’t have huge crush on “divine” Tina! I believe lesbians can live drama free and yet interesting lives, but unfortunately they are definitely not in IC’s world! Let’s see how S4 plays out. I love it when you have this interpersonal drama going on. Bette is hot when angry and jealous. What are you going to do with Lucy/Jodi/Alice? I would like to see Tina in an innocent but compromising situation w/Dylan and Bette hearing about it or coming upon them. Something where B & T are driven apart temporarily. As far as TLW goes, Tina will come back to the framily and I hope to Bette after they resolve their shit. At the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, where JB and IC and Les Moonves, Pres of CBS and Showtime were presenting ourchart.com , JB called IC out for breaking up TiBette. IC says she will totally listen to the fans and write what they want. Here’s a partial transcript. This may not be the best place to post but I know that allyemmerson is a bona fide, dyed-in-the-wool TiBetter along with zillions of other fans. Carmen is so cool to take that rose and say it was from Shane. Not that it’s going to make any difference, once Bette finds out Dylan left it for Tina. Dylan is gonna get a Presidential Ass Whippin’. How much fun is that going to be ? I’m looking forward to it. PPS!
Dylan is totally OUT OF HER MIND to send anytype of gift to someone’s wife especially when they all work in the same place. Multiply that by a cazillion when it comes to a popular POTUS. B&T definantely need to adress the Lucy and Jodie issue with Lucy. First of all all businesses own the right to all e-mails generated on received on their equipment. I remember a story of a saleswoman that was fired by Ford for derogatory e-mails she send to fellow employees about her supervisor. She sued stating that they were her private e-mails and the company had no right to read them.. The judge told her that her private e-mails were the ones generated and received at her home on her private computer. All communications done on a companies computer is the property of that company. This is VERY illresponsible of Lucy given the scrutiny that Bette’s adminastration operates under. That’s all the Republicans need, information that they could use to imply that the Porter administration is too busy screwing each other to tend to the business of the nation, especially when it involves the First lady’s younger sister. Tina has a valid consern when it comes to her sister sleeping with someone who is 22 years her senior AND involved in a public relationship with someone else. They don’t want to have to face Tina’s parents on this one, regardless of how old Lucy is. They should have reined her in before when she was screwing the interns. PPS :o)
In referanc to IC and JB, talk is CHEAP IC. This is not the first time that JB has called IC out in front of fans. She called her about Bette’s infidelity after season one saying that she doesn’t understand why IC made Bette cheat on Tina and sleep with Candace more than once. I pray that she does listen to our comments. Hey if she and her writers are the only ones watching the show, they won’t continue to get renewed LOL.
War of the White House is about to commence. You have in one corner Bette and her staff along with Tina and Lucy then in the other coner you have have Dylan and Jodie. Well Lucy maybe in the middle here. Let’s get ready to rumble.

Oh my god, Dylan not only turns into a schoolgirl over Tina, she becomes a retard as well! She should walk the plank just for being so silly and potentially disruptive. Leaving tangible evidence of trying to woo the first lady in her official office crosses the line of loyalty. As for the Lucy/Jodie/Alice triangle, I still think Lucy and Jodie should be reprimanded over personal use of government equipment and Lucy needs a stern and formal warning over security issues, but otherwise, it really isn’t Bette or Tina’s business. They may want to talk to Lucy as family, she is still very young, but she is an adult. Beyond that they should stay out of it unless the situation begins to affect business.
“She’s a whole adult older than my sister” lol…Tina sounded 12…I agree with Funnyone they are both adults and other than using gov’t e-mail they can’t be fired for how they feel. As far as Dylan I think she has a death wish. So Bette brought her dozen roses to trump the one yellow one huh? Bette is cute when she is jealous.
My sickleave is over so I’m back to teaching maths full time. Still love your stories. Weekend reading. I enjoy them tremendously.

22 years of age difference isn’t that much, had over 30 years a while ago and it felt really nice….for me at least I was the oldest ;-). Nah, they are adults so don’t fuzz about it, but I can understand that Tina wants to protect her little sister. Love the L Wing and love all those things you bring us, thanks a lot Ally.
