He had practically climbed on Lizs back and was trying to pull himself over to sit in her lap but since she was only five she wasnt strong enough to help him do this carefully. Instead she shifted her weight and dropped him to the ground with a thud as his diapered rear end came in contact with the carpet.

Liz looked up guiltily but this guilt was quickly turned to anger as she saw the look in Tinas eye.

Tina was interrupted as Sky stood up laughing and took a monster swing at his sister almost knocking her backwards. Liz didnt know what to do but she wasnt about to get beaten up by her baby brother so she carefully pushed him back so he fell on his padded side again. Liz knew she didnt want her brother to get hurt but she also didnt want him to be a wimp either. She wanted him to be tough like her but she also knew that just beating him up all the time wasnt the way to do it. She had quickly learned that she couldnt be too rough with him yet and the first time she tried to play rough she was busted by Bette and in major trouble after that. Sky laughed and stood up again swinging for her face this time but Liz averted him and pushed him down gently again. Bette and Tina watched this with anxious yet entertained looks on their faces as Liz demonstrated that she understood that he was smaller than her and she had to be more careful with him.

HAHAHA

Sky had jumped up again but after getting pushed down the first two times so he tried a different approach. He lunged himself at Liz and it took some quick reaction on her part to make sure to break his fall as the two of them went tumbling to the ground in a heap of giggles and wrestling moves.

Bette rolled her eyes at Tina as they watched the two kids roll around a bit before Bette finally pulled Sky off of Liz. After making sure that he was okay and making sure that Liz was okay they went back to the movie, which ended about an hour later. As they were putting both kids to sleep Tina took this as her opportunity to have a heart to heart with Liz. She tucked her into bed and sat next to her gently stroking her hair.

Baby Im sorry I got upset with you earlier but just remember you cant be so rough with him yet okay?

No we didnt wrestle as much as mostly just yelled at each other when we were mad. Actually it was usually me yelling at her for either getting into my stuff or breaking my toys or whatever

Tina kissed Liz on the head and headed out the door. As she was walking out she smiled remembering all the times that her and Lauren would get into squabbles about whatever or fight because one had something the other wanted. She knew the next ten to fifteen years were going to be filled with lots and lots of those types of arguments and she only hoped her and Bette were ready for all of that.
