    They fell asleep with smiles on their faces, content in the warmth of each others arms.

     
     
     
     Bette and Tina are lying in bed cuddling.  Both girls are enjoying the feel of each others body.  Bette is on her side facing the blond and Tina is on her beck.  Every couple of minutes Bette will lean down to place a kiss on Tina’s sweet lips.  Tina thought it was a good time to ask Bette something has been wondering about.


    “B, we have to talk about Karen.”

    “Ok.  Karen and I have an understanding.”

    “Really?  Tell me about this understanding.”

    “Well if either of us are involved with someone, we back off.  We are still really good friends.  I can tell her pretty much anything.”

    “Does that go both ways?  Do you guys share your feelings about other girls?”

    Bette thought about it for a second.

    “Sometimes.  Why?”

    “Has she told you that she is in love with you?”

    Bette laughed.  “T, Karen is not in love with me.”

    “How can you be so sure of that Bette?”

    “T, I’ve known Karen for years  I think I would know if she was in love with me.”

    Tina is not convinced but she decides to drop it.

    “Ok. I hope you’re right.”

    “Of course I’m right, T.  Don’t worry babe, Karen will be cool.  We kind of had a conversation about you.”

    “You did?”  Tina wanted to know how long Bette has had feelings for her.

    “Yeah.  The night of my party.  She told me in not so many words that she thinks there is a girl already in my life that is right for me.”

    “Bette. Did she actually same my name?  She could have easily been talking about herself.”

    “I was talking about you all night, T.  I must have mentioned you 20 times throughout the night.  Especially after your ex propositioned me.”  Bette laughed remembering how Eric really thought he was mackin.  “ I couldn’t understand why he had you and not me.”

    “Well you have me now babe.” Tina smiled.

    “I do don’t I?  Bette said smiling.

    “Yes sweetie.  I’m so glad we finally stopped playing games gave in to our feelings.”  Tina said looking longingly in the brunettes eyes.

    8. Coach has no idea what she’s just done…. ROADTRIP!!! I think even though Karennis holding a torch for Bette that she’ll be happy for Bette & Tina as long as Bette’s happy. And if Bette doesn’t pick Stanford (over that school that shall remain nameless) I’ll jump off a bridge …. Not really (lol). Great update!

    9. I just cought up with all the chapters, and I have a funny feeling that Desi and Karen are not going to stay so cool about their relationships with Bette and Tina as they claim they are. The coach has no idea what she just did and I have a feeling the Bette may break her motto of no sex before a game. I as I stated in a previous chapter I saw the movie with this title and I was correct your story is much better. Loving it.

    11. Whoaaa… What a surprise :-p I wonder what would the coach do if he found out that Bette is taking Tina seriously under her wing .. meant, not only for the game :-p lol nice one Ayesha! Now getting more curious on what will happen :-p
