    Will they make it to the finals?

    Chapter 40:

    The Angels advance to the finals after a convincing win on Saturday.  The starters were taken out in the last quarter to rest up for the championship game on Sunday.  Bette and Tina were on their A games, scoring 24 and 20 points respectively. 

    The Angels will get a chance to avenge their only loss of the season.

    It is about 20 minutes to lights out Bette hears a knock on her door.  She smiles because she just got off the phone with Tina, who said she was coming to tuck her into bed.  Sydney just went to take her shower so Bette is looking forward to a light make out session with her boo. Bette has a big smile on her face when she opens the door.

    Her smile quickly fades.  “What the fuck do you want? How did you get my room number?”

    “Oh Bette, please.   Surely you know the answer to that.  I’m a Peabody dear.”

    “Helena it’s gonna be lights out soon.  What on earth do you want?”

    Bette is immediately sorry for her choice of words. 

    Helena raised her brow at Bette.  For a millisecond she thought she was making headway.  Maybe the brunette is softening.  After her failed attempt to trick the sexy athlete at the party, she thought they might come to an understanding.

    “Look I know you are with Tina and I don’t mind sharing.  I mean I did have you first.  Come on Bette think about it.  I can be yours any time, any place.”

    “Lower your voice please.  I don’t want the whole team to hear you.”  Bette had heard enough and she started to close the door but Helena stuck her foot out to prevent the door from closing in her face.

    “Bette come on.  How good can the straight girl be in the sack?  Let me have you again.  I bet you taste like warm apple pie ala mode.” Helena said in a low seductive voice

    “Helena leave me alone.”

    “Come on Bette.  I won’t tell your little girlfriend.”

    “Helena if you don’t leave my girlfriend alone, the only thing you’ll be tasting is blood from your bottom lip.”  Tina had quietly approached the two and she heard  the proposition made by the Brit and she was determined to make it her last.

    3. I think if Tina “push” Helena just a little? she will do “us” a lot of favor. And just maybe you writer the “whole” tucking in? heheeh you will do us a Huge favor. [just teasing] Thank you.

    5. Helena is bold,I’ll give her that, but I can’t think Tina’s warning is enough to get her to back off of Bette. I wonder what her next plan will be. As for Bette and Tina how they have enough will power to keep from getting it on is beyond me. I guess their dedication to the team and game they both love won out. Great update as always; post soon….pretty please :-)
