I realized, it was perfect. It spoke how I felt about her to a tee. Everything I’d ever prayed for in a woman has come true. She’s the perfect wife, and I couldn’t wait to get her home and show her how I appreciated her. As I spun her around the crowd of friends and family who joined us, I realized one thing.

She’s my everything. She’s everything to me. There’s nothing I wouldn’t do for her. I’d go to the ends of the earth to make her happy. As she looked up into my eyes, her’s were glossed with tears. I sang the last chorus into her ear.

"Baby, you’re everything I ever wanted, everything I need, you’re everything to me," I whispered, she kissed me as we swayed back and forth.

"I love you Bette."

"I love you too baby, more than you can imagine."

We finished our dance and everyone clapped. Tina couldn’t help her tears, neither could her mother. The dance floor livened up with more upbeat music and I took Jackson out for a dance. He giggled and screamed with me, and had so much fun.

Jackson and I shared cake as Tina danced with her brothers and they laughed and she punched her oldest brother in the arm. They are so protective of her, but they have nothing to fear of me. After a few more songs it was time for the father daughter dance, the dance I’d been dreading. Not because of dancing with my father but all the emotions it was gonna pull out of me.
