Love in Control – Chapter V – Kismet

JFK had it right.
She felt a soft kiss on her bare shoulder and arms encircle her waist. “Pretty early, isn’t it?”
Bette tipped her head back as Tina tucked her face against one side of her neck. They sighed contentedly. In a sleepy, slurry voice, Tina whispered, “Bliss it was in that dawn to be alive..”
Bette asked softly, “Wordsworth this early?”
“Yeah, and to paraphrase him, how about this, bliss it was in that dawn to be alive, but to be in bed with you was very heaven…”
That drew a light laugh. Tina asked, “What were you saying to the sea earlier?”
After a shared silence, Bette answered in a quiet voice, “Nothing much. JFK. About saltwater, and going back to our roots …”
“And the romance of it all, huh?”
“The man knew a thing or two about the sea, after all …”
“Didn’t hurt, either, that he was handsome …”
“And a romantic…”
Tina slid her lips lazily up and down the back of Bette’s neck. The brunette sucked a quick breath in. As hard as her heart was beating during her early morning jog when she ran up a couple of hills, her heart felt like they it was beating even harder now. Tina crept closer and Bette felt the blonde’s soft nipples press against the backs of her arms. One of those ultra-thin silk nighties.
Tina’s soft nipples were hardening and poking at her through the thin silk, and in an instant Bette’s thoughts returned to their bedroom last night, when Tina had seduced her slowly, slowly, so slowly that the pauses in between touches, caresses, licks, and pumps had felt like minutes, and orgasms had collapsed into each other interminably, all night long. Remembering how hard she’d crashed into one of the last orgasms got her gears moving now. And she had to admit her mind fell into a haze of … admit it: a-r-o-u-s-a-l.
Tina caressed her stomach with tiny, fluttery brushes with her fingertips. “Uhnnnn, T…”
“You had day one, baby, making love to me all night; and then we enjoyed each other on day two…”
“So you had to have day three, then?” Bette asked with a low moan as she felt fingertips brush over her mound.

Thank you,I liked that reconnection of TiBette, I hope more love and passion TiBette.
Yes, they reconnected. Thanks, I enjoyed it
Tina still needs to learn how to unplug. It’s good to see her and Bette reconnecting, but really? Business on a romantic/family getaway? I hope this distraction is short-lived. Also glad to see Jade starting to get over her insecurities. It seems like she might actually accept that she is not her parents and is strong enough to do what is right for her. Well done.
BTW, I like the picture you attached. The tropical scene is a welcomed respite as winter rages on.
unplug: hmmmmm. what a nice idea. ???? (even “#SNOtoriousBIG” Jonas hasn’t stopped the work. Not complainin’ just sayin’. tina and I need to figure out how to turn that around.). Maybe next time. This time she has business to take care of that links to her story in the overall arc of this book.
Yes, love that pic. Thought it fit in this part of the story. A pre-Colombian bay near St. Barts that remains unspoiled. Hopefully forever.
Awesome update! I am glad that they reconnected.
And Jade and Rian are made for each other, lets plan a wedding!
Thanks for the update!
Proposal is in the works, Bibi28 ???? and she has to say “yes” first before we have fun with the wedding plans ???? any suggestions?
I loved this chapter.
Updating my reading.
