    Chapter 5:Bette’s cousin reaches out to Tina first. Jude is in over her head…again.

    Previously:

    "Who’s this?" I hear someone say to me. I think it was Shane.

    "Um.. This is uh…it’s um."

    "Jude’s girlfriend from home."

    "EX-girlfriend." I corrected loud enough for the whole table to hear me clearly. I could vaguely hear Dani’s band tuning up on stage. Luckily, Dani’s guitar was absent from the warm up.

    "Baby, please just because you run from me, doesn’t mean that we totally ended things."

    "Can we not do this here?" I plead for it seems like the hundredth time tonight. Still unable to move away from her touch.

    "Sure, we can go. Where’s your place."

    "Oh hell no." Alice pipes in.

    "We’re not going to my place." I tell her standing up and brushing her hand off of my shoulder. "But whatever you have to say can wait. My girlfriend is about to play."

    "Fine, but we will talk." She said running her hand across my cheek gently to my chin. I watched her walk away. She knew that I would be watching her the way I always did.

    "Someone to look out for?" Alice asked after a long silence from the table.

    "Yes. Please if you see her, please give me enough warning for me to run and hide." I tell them quietly. Stacy was my first and back then, I thought only girlfriend that I would ever have. I fell in love with her. I came out because of her. But she was no good. A user, only around when it suited her. But even now, he has a commanding presence that takes away my ability to pay attention. Yeah she’s that kind a girl. A poison, my drug. I hope she’s not in town long

    CHAPTER 5 

    "You did what?!" Came a voice loud and clear inside Tina’s office. I decided after the gang’s get together last week that I wanted to spend time with them more. But since none of the cool kids have set schedules like me, I should hang with one of the boring mom types. And I figured I already live with Bette and she has me as a personal slave at the school. So Tina really is the only logical choice. Plus she is kinda cool. But this woman in here. Tasha or whatever the hell, is really annoying.

    2. Jude has got to be strong. She saw what happened to both Bette and Shane after their little affairs, and then add the drugs to what this woman wants her to do. Jude would be giving up too much for that one night because this type of woman will continue to use her.

    5. Jude better resist temptation and especialy not do drugs in B&T’s house… I would hate to see Bette’s reaction. Her ex is like most exes, they come back to drag you down.
