Roxy – Damn it…. no one threatens me.
In this case, they were just words. She was in no position to do anything except sit idle, at least not until she found him.
Roxy took the melted tape from her dead friend’s lap. It wasn’t likely that anything could be recovered from the video tape, but having it on her lap was surely going to raise questions. No one could know the reason why she was killed. It had to remain a mystery, though Roxy would exact her own justice for the sake of her friend’s memory. She was a firm believer of the phrase…. an eye for an eye.
She wished she knew who the bastard was. The only thing she knew about him was what he looked like, though he could’ve easily changed his looks by now. Roxy liked to think that she was observant, but he had probably been watching her for months. She didn’t like the idea of anyone knowing more about her than she knew about them. It was hard to know what he might have uncovered about her and it drove her crazy. It didn’t happen very often, but Roxy had her vulnerable moments and that was her achille’s heel. You’d never really know how she’d react if she felt cornered. Killing that bar owner was a clear example of what she was capable of.
She had called the proper authorities and they were on their way. Roxy took the video out to her SUV and put it in the center console. She’d wait till they arrived, but didn’t want to stand by and see her friend being someone’s science project. Roxy was going to have to make up a story as to why she was here. She couldn’t tell anyone that she knew Andrea personally. That would put an end to any plans for that video… for she was still considering using it. Roxy just couldn’t use it now. She’d lock it away until she could figure out who he was and how to neutralize him.

Kristen hadn’t slept for a good deal of the night, now she was exhausted from the long night of thinking. She turned on the radio and tried to drown out the thoughts. Stressing out was the last thing, she needed. She had more to think about than just herself, there was a baby that needed her love and protection. Derek had canceled all his appointments for that day. He planned to be around all day so they could talk and go get the kids together. It was almost as if nothing ever happened… but unfortunately it had. It had been weeks since they’d been together as a family.

Oh brteyes, I am so glad to know that your wrist is healing. Again, take it easy. You don’t want to injure it again. Congratulations on the 2 year Anniversary of your story. “Masked Feelings” is such a great story that I am honored to be able to write a few of my opinion. Thank you for your comment too. I was getting all worried again because there were hardly any Danish posts in the last week. What a great chapter you have presented. I actually felt bad for Roxy at times. But then, she would plot to hurt Dana. Forget it, Roxy would deserve her ultimate judgment. The flight from hell it was, with a bunch of brats, gum in Alice’s hair and falling out of the bathroom. As they board the plane, I had an inkling that they might join the mile high club. Then I was worrying about the latch as they kept leaning against the door. And it happened. LMAO. What is it about the bathroom with these two? You did a fantastic job with the bathroom scene. Please do not hurt Dana physically because of the cocaine. Maybe David the creep would intervene. That will be nice. btw, when David thought, “At the moment, he could reach out and touch her if he wanted to.” That was scary. A job well done. Thanks again. Until next time. Please take care.
I’m feeling a little craptastic tonight … so I’ll keep my comments brief. This was a bit of a set up chapter and I say that because I’m sure that Dana isn’t the only one that’s going to be set up. Nice touch with the whole mile high club … but you could have made it slightly more satisfying … didn’t they already get interupted in the dressing room? I’m glad you enjoy my comments and my feedback. As for future installments … I’m also glad that I have been able to help and that my ideas have inspired you. You are right … this story has way too much potential for you to stop now. Oh yeah … I still really fucking hate Roxy!
That’s what I call an excellent installment. Damn, you made me laugh so fucking hard at some parts. I was right when I said that you’re a funny woman. Because you truly are. These kids (or should I say little devils?) were hilarious….especially when that boy sitting behind Alice was annoying her practically the entire time and put gum in her hair, lol. I know how it’s like to have chewing gum in one’s hair ’cause it also happened to me once. Can’t remember how I got rid of it in the end though, lol. Was Al just too nice or was she being a softie? lolMaybe she’s only patient. Talking about patience: thanks for updating so quickly. You made my week:-)) I definitely needed this fix. As for Roxy….I would like to see her seek revenge against Tony. Let him bleed….a slow death would be more than accurate, lol. So, you’re not wanting to give me Roxy’s number? You think me bad already, hmmm? I tell you a secret: you can never be bad enough…especially in my case, lol. So, do I get her number…please, please, please? There, you got me begging again. Satisfied now or do youwant more? lol Not sure, whether Kristen’s marriage is going to work out or not. She doesn’t seem to love Derek anymore…at least, not like she did before. Her feelings changed andwe all know that it’s Dana that captured her heart. Doesn’t surprise me….I mean, who hasn’t got the hots for Dana? lol Hope she’ll have a seriousconversation with her husband revealing him her inner struggle and her new feelings towards Dana. When I think what I think that I think, I think that Kristen has a good chance to experience a great time with Dana….but like I said, it’s just a thought of mine, lol.I’m curious as to how Kristen’s gonna pay Roxy back what she put her through. Revenge, revenge everywhere. Let’s not forget about Dana and her issue with Roxy. Damn, that’ll be fun to read. Have no clue who the winner will be eventually. But I fear it’ll be a rude awakening for all my favorite characters. Dana will be having bad publicity soon when the drugs are found in her sport bag. Whom is Roxy going to give the hint? The title you picked for this chapter can be described in one word: perfect….and to the point!Alright, more than just one word, lol. I loved, loved, loved , loved, loved the sex between Al and Dana. But this timeI wouldn’t want to be in their position, lol. So fucking embarrassing. I’d probably run back into the bathroom, lock the door behind me and come out when I’d be allowed to leave the plane, lol. Hope, THIS scenario never happens to me, lol. Dana impressed me in this chapter. Didn’t think, that she can be that aggressive and determined as she was towards the boy. Never expected her to be that mean either….fucking sexy actually. What goes around, comes around, right? lol I have no clue what you plan for Mr. Psycho in person….do you leave him to Roxy? Or is he willingto commit suicide? Okay, that’s pretty unlikely but it would be a fun scenario and I’m certain lots of your readers would like to see him die. I am not quite as eloquent as most of your commenters, but I do like to add my twopenneth, and all I can say is that you never cease to amaze me with this story and the twists and turns – David needs to be taken out but I can’t decide by who, but I’m sure you have that taken care of. Alice and Dana keep having their ‘moments’ interrupted, they need to complete next time please, although this was hilarious. Glad you are feeling better and your wrists are healing – does that mean we can expect more posts as you can type faster??. Seriously, thanks for continuing with this – take care and post soon.
can i just say how much i love dana? well, at least love how you wrote her in this chapter. i love that she not only threatened the kid, but stuck gum in his hair! fabulous. and of course they fell out of the bathroom while attempting to join the mile high club. it’s all so very classic danish. now. roxy. you know she drives me crazy. why wasn’t she in the house when it ignited? i like that david seems to be a demented guardian angel for dana and alice. how great that he’s stalking roxy. i hope he gets his hands on her again and before she gets to show alice the tape of dana. your chapter made my lunch break fly by today and earned me a few looks when i would burst out laughing at alice or dana or both. : ) post again soon!!!! and make sure i am paying attention when you do it. you know i never check here any more. great chapter lady! keep up the good work.
So Roxy is going to try and plant drugs on Dana again. I hope David stops her again, or at least if he doesn’t both Kristen and Alice should catch a clue on who would have set Dana up. I would be interested in Alice’s reaction to Roxy’s plots against Dana. Dana’s career would certainly take a hit but she already took a big one ahen Alice accused her of rape, btw did Alice ever try to repair the damage she did?
Brilliant, just briliant!! (are you blushing yet?) Can I tell how much I love Dana? I love how aggressive she got with that kid and her putting the gum in his hair was great!! He so deserved it? Oh and the bathroom scene. That was just so Alice and Dana. I wouldn’t want it any other way. So are they gonna pick up where they left off when they land or what? Let them finish what they started before the shit hits the fan. I didn’t think it was possible to hate Roxy more than I already do but guess what? I do!! You have to let David interfere with this plan of hers. I have a feeling he won’t get there in time to stop her. If he doesn’t then I hope he makes her suffer the consequences in the most brutal way. I always say I want Roxy to die but I think death is too good for her. She needs to be made to suffer for the rest of her life. For some reason though, I think she will win this round and Alice will go back to waffling between her and Dana and Kristen will probably be there to pick up the pieces of Dana’s shattered heart, that is, after Dana beats Roxy to a pulp again. That’s just the feeling I’m getting about this whole thing. Please prove me wrong!! Anyway, this was a great chapter and I’m looking forward to the next one. You got me for life on this story.
