    She couldn’t help but compare, Tina’s kisses brought a certain kind of excitement but a single kiss from Sarah made her feel safe.

    Previously…

    The kiss was hungry and powerful and when their tongues met once more chill went down their spine.  Tina couldn’t believe that what was happening was true but she just found herself running her hands thru the brunette’s thick curls, which was something that she loved to do every time they kissed.

                    Bette couldn’t get enough of Tina’s soft cherry lips and she thought she could get addicted to it. She didn’t think of the consequences that the kiss would bring because all she was thinking about was that she just had to taste her lips again. Tina’s body seemed to be floating in the air as Bette’s kisses were igniting the fire in her, she moaned when she felt her back pressed against the cold surface of the wall. They didn’t know how long the kiss was but when they broke it the two women were gasping for air, they just looked at each other’s eyes in silence and both began to panic when they heard footsteps and voices coming their way…

     

    Chapter Seventeen

    Bette and Tina immediately disengaged themselves from each other as if they didn’t want anyone to see them in a compromising position. While catching their breaths both were listening to the voices and footsteps that seemed to be coming their way. A few minutes had passed but no one entered the room or even knocked on the door, then slowly the sound just faded away. Both women took a deep breath in relief.

    They looked again into each other’s eyes trying to think of the right words to say to one another

    “Tina… I-I’m sorry I don’t know what came into my head… I didn’t mean to…” Bette couldn’t finish what she was about to say when she saw the hurt in the blonde’s eyes.

    Tina still felt the tingling sensation brought by the brunette’s kisses but to hear her say that she’s sorry about the kiss was like a dagger to her heart. She didn’t know how to respond so she just remained quiet staring at her

    “I’m really sorry Tina…” the brunette said again then hurriedly went out of the room. Tina had to sit on the chair; the intense encounter had made her knees week. A lot of things were now running in her head.

    8. Nanagalog ka sa nakaraan mong post at natuwa naman ako. Hindi ko nasubaybayan ang buong kuwento pero ang mga huling installment ay nabasa ko, at anuman ang aking saloobin sa mga asal ng mga tauhan sa kuwento, hindi maikakailang matinding makakurot sa puso ang paglalahad mo. Kaabang-abang. Ramdam na ramdam ko ang kuwentong ito. At sa unang pagkakataon ay talagang nagustuhan ko si Sam para kay Tina. Sa palagay ko kung magkakaroon sila ng ugnayan ay magtatagal ito. Sana ay iraos na muna ni Tina ang pagdadalamhati niya sa kanyang bigong pag-ibig kay Bette at subukang makihalubilo sa dating kaibigang si Sam. Malay niya pagkatapos ng pito o walong buwan, mag-iba na ang pagtingin niya dito. Sa ngayon ay nabubulagan lang siya dahil masyado siyang nahuhumaling kay B. Sa totoo lang, marami kasing hang-ups si Bette, nakakaloka. Kung mayroong taong totoong nagmamahal kay Tina ay si Sam na iyon. Kilig ba ang hanap ng bruhang Tina, lol, e ba’t naman ako, kinilig kay Sam? Haha. Ang haba na ng sinabi ko. Bumabawi lang ako, ngayon lang kasi nakapag-iwan ng aking palagay dito. Salamat, phacey! Ayaw kong madaliin ka, pero gustung-gusto ko nang malaman ang susunod na pangyayari.

    10. Silent reader here…..I’m a TiBetter and love this story. But it seems like this is going to be a long, winding road for the two of them. My gut tells me Bette is about to break Tina’s heart! Please don’t!! LOL

I hope you are getting better soon.. The silent might be suitable for Bette’s Retreat in S3 … For you… well maybe it’s another way so you can write and pampers your readers with some updates?! ;-)

    14. Maybe Bette’s going to make a total non-decision and choose… herself. That wouldn’t be any fun, though! I feel sort of bad for her, but she’s not going to know what or who she wants without some time. And Tina I’m sure makes Bette doubt herself. Tina’s got to maybe do a bit better at gaining Bette’s trust if she wants a chance. Thanks for the post! :)

    17. Bette’s indecisiveness is frustrating. The fact that Tina is so sure of her feeling makes it even more frustrating I think. Bette needs to catch up. Thank you for posting even though you SHOULD be resting! take it easy.

    18. phacey sorry to hear you are sick. I wish you a speedy recovery so follow doctor’s orders and get rest. One good thing did come out of this chapter – I liked that Sam confronted her feelings for Tina and her suspicions about Bette because it saved her from getting mixed up in Bette and Tina’s push me pull me bullsh*t. I just wish Sarah was that smart. I wonder if Sam figured out that Bette and Tina were together when they both disappeared from the party at the same time? Since you are becoming as big a TEASE with our emotions as Bette is with Tina’s I think I will wait until the next installment to see what Bette’s decision is before I comment further but there is a crude saying that comes to mind “Sh*t or get off the pot.” I think it’s up to Tina to either take the risk and reveal her feelings to Bette or else send her packing once and for all. It’s time to get off this emotional rollercoaster before it crashes to the ground and takes innocent lives. Take care of yourself.
