    A trip, a goodbye and meeting a new friend

    Chapter Twenty-Six

    The last few months had been so difficult for Bette, a week after their break up, Sarah left to pursue her masters at Brown University. Although at first Sarah declined, Bette insisted on driving her to the airport. Despite the tears, their final goodbye was surprisingly easy, they hugged each other tightly and Sarah kissed her on the cheek. Even though there was no guarantee and probably not a good idea still both women agreed to keep in touch.

    Kit became her rock during the hard times and was always there for Bette whenever she felt sad and low. The brunette also started spending more time hanging out with Alice and Shane to have some clean fun, which was something that she stopped doing while having a relationship with Sarah. It’s not that the English teacher didn’t want her to mingle with her friends or with other people, it’s actually more on Bette’s part. Bette became so wrapped up in her relationship with Sarah that she unknowingly neglected the other important people in her life like her friends.

    Alice expressed this sentiment one night while they were having drinks in a bar; she told Bette that even though they see each other in the campus everyday it wasn’t the same as before Sarah came into the picture. Shane even added that as silly as it may sound she said that she missed those sleepovers during the weekends. They told the brunette that they didn’t have anything against Sarah, but they also said that Bette should know how to balance her time with all of the people important to her. Bette realized how badly she had behaved; so she apologized to her friends and promised that it won’t happen again and told them that she would make up for the lost times.

    Cooking had become a great hobby for the brunette not only it developed her skill in the kitchen department but it helped lessened her sadness as well. Kit, Shane and Alice benefited from this newfound ability because it resulted to a weekly Saturday dinner at her house.  Another thing that somehow helped her recovered from the heartaches were her duties and responsibilities as the newly appointed head of the History Dept at McKinley High for it had kept her busy, which allowed her to take her mind off from the painful break up from time to time.

    3. Yay a new update! I totally agree with neuvodka this story is fresh and interesting that’s why many of us readers are hooked on this. You said that this story is not the usual tibette fic cuz its crazy and messy? Well you know what i loved it!     7. I think Tina has never mentioned the name of your last relationship, it will be interesting when Bete finds out that Peggy’s daughter already had a relationship with Tina. Will Peggy was aware of the relationship that Helena had with Tina for two years????? Please Belena anything.:) moreeeeeee

Interesting story, but please no Belena, that would would be beyond messy, because Tina has been with Bette and already been with Helena, for two years-who cheated on her, for me if Bette got with Helena, there is no way that Tina would probably forgive her. But if Belena happens, I could live with Tina being happy with Sam-loved the character on the show. Just a thought and only my opinion.
