Bette: Don’t do what?

Tina: Call me T.

Bette: Why that is your nickname I gave it to you on our third date.

Tina: Bette I know when you starting calling me T but that was in the past. You lost the right to call me that when you cheated and ruined our relationship.

Bette: Tina I love you and you will always be my T.

Tina: Look Bette don’t get your hopes up because the only reason I want to talk is because I am ready for us to discuss our final separation.

Bette: Our what?

Tina: Bette is has been 3 months and it is time for us to move on with our lives.

Bette: So Tina it only takes you 3 months to get over a 7 year marriage?

Tina: Don’t go there.

Bette: Why the hell not?

Tina: Fine say whatever you want but I am not the one that decided that my marriage was shit to me and went and fucked someone other then my wife that was you not me.

Bette: Tina she meant nothing it was a mistake.

Tina: Yeah right if she meant nothing to you then why the hell would you see her after I left you?

Bette: Tina what are you talking about?

Tina: Bette Porter don’t lie to me you have did enough of that already. I am not stupid Bette. So how many times have you and the carpenter fucked over the last 3 months?

Bette: Tina please stop.

Tina: Why should I?

Bette: Because I love you and only you.

Tina: Yeah you show me your love by fucking Candice?

   Bette was floored when she heard Tina use Candice’s name she had always used the name carpenter when she was talking about her. Bette was shocked that Tina knew that she had seen Candice after Tina had left her. Bette didn’t know how Tina would know that. She needed to get Tina calmed down and get off the phone before she gets herself in even more trouble with her love.

Bette: Tina I don’t want to fight with you.

Tina: Good because I don’t want to fight either but we need to talk Bette. Will you be at the planet tomorrow?

Bette: I will T I mean Tina. Bye I love you Tina.

Tina: Bye Bette.

   It killed Tina not to tell Bette that she loved her but she does love her but she don’t want to give Bette any false hope about them.

   Bette hung up the phone feeling beat up. She couldn’t believe that Tina didn’t tell her that she loved her. This was a new kind of pain for Bette.

Alice: What did she say?

Bette: She wants a divorce?

Alice: What!

Bette: You heard me she wants a divorce from me. Here I am trying to find ways to get her back and all she wants to do is end it.

Alice: Bette I will talk to her.

Bette: Thanks Alice but she wants to meet me tomorrow at the planet. She said this should be between me and her and not lawyers. Alice what should I do?

Alice: You have to go tomorrow.

Bette: But if I don’t go we can’t talk.

Alice: Bette if you don’t go it will make things worse for you two.

Bette: I guess you are right. I need to go home and go to sleep. Thanks for coming Alice I owe you dinner or drinks.

Alice: Your welcome, I am always here for you Porter and the dinner or drinks sound good. One more thing Bette don’t and I repeat don’t try to apologize to Tina again. Just listen to what she has to say.

Bette: Okay, you get out of here. I will try and make it to the planet one day this week.

Alice: Sounds great, bye.

Bette: Bye.

   Bette sat in her office thinking about what all her and Alice had talked about. She thought about Tina wanting a divorce but Bette decided that she wasn’t going to let Tina Kennard go without a fight.
