“Aaron, do you know what time it is? It’s Sunday. I’m trying to sleep in since I’m flying out early tomorrow.”
“Whoa, okay, calm down there, Blondie. Just want to know the status update on Porter.”
Tina looked back at Bette who was watching her. The quirked brow told her that Bette wanted to know what the call was about.
“The band is represented.” Tina informed her boss after breaking eye contact with Bette.
“Okay. Which agency do we gotta stroke?”
“No agent. They’re represented by counsel.”
“Fuck! Seriously? I fuckin’ hate lawyers.” Aaron’s exasperation was evident in his tone. “How can they already have a lawyer?”
“I would imagine they’re paying her, Aaron.” Tina said, as she rolled her eyes at his stupid question.
“Who is she?”
“Joyce Wischnia. All offers have to pass through her office. I’ll fax one over when I get back to town later this afternoon.”
“Oh, this just gets better and better. How many more dykes am I gonna have to deal with in this business?”
Gritting her teeth, Tina looked at her phone, and then made a conscious decision to end the phone call. Before she returned to the bed, she powered off her cell to avoid anymore calls or messages.
“Everything alright?” Bette asked, curious as to why the call had ended so abruptly.
“Yeah, I guess I dropped the call.” Tina answered nonchalantly as she tossed the phone on the night stand and climbed back on top of Bette. “Now, where were we?” She asked rhetorically as she leaned in to kiss the beautiful brunette.
Bette’s chuckle caused Tina to tingle down below before their lips met again in a passionate kiss.
Tina was getting back into the swing of things until Bette pulled away and looked at her.
“Why don’t we order some room service and talk?”
“The only thing I’m hungry for right now is you again.” Tina whispered, succeeding in turning Bette on.
“Okay.” Bette laughed softly. “I still think we need to talk.”
With a sigh, Tina rolled off of Bette and lied on her back next to her.
“What do you want to talk about?” She asked without making eye contact with the brunette.

Hey MeLL :-) thanks for writing such sweet moments for Tibette, so enjoyable to read! And the flow of the dialogue especially when they talk biz is so lively, I can picture it as if it’s part of the show.. :-) *sigh~~~ still on the dreamy mode* lol
That was one hellula negoiation between our two girls. But Aaron needs to be shot or a the very least slapped.

Yaaaay…a post! Happy that you’ve had a lovely holiday, however, I now have Madonna in my ear all day… that song is not the best earworm! As for the story…I’m loving the girls right now! They are the best kind of in love…sweet, funny, teasing, flirty, and very sexy.
Well heck yea, that was FUN! I’m happy for them (and us :D ), and also very impressed with their negotiating skills – quite revealing in so many ways (LOL). I think they need to find a way to freeze Aaron out of this deal _OR_ make sure he pays dearly for ruining what should have been a blissful “rise and shine” moment between them. Absolutely LOVING this story MeLL and eagerly await (hint, hint) the next installment! PS – re: rock star stories, sorry to disappoint but my agent and favorite groupie has advised me against kissing and telling in public forums ;)

They negotiate very well without clothing. I must point out they they were both naked through out this post. My attention to detail is impeccable I know I just sounded like a perv just now. Awesome as usual it

Time to update the disclaimer to include small machinery as well. I had all sorts of problems w/ my cappucino machine while reading this story…there was foam everywhere and a few coffee splatter stains as well. Back to the story, which is awesome! Maybe thesetwo should talk business in the nude more often…negotiations went seemlessly (LOL). By the way, “Heated, wet, and wanting” that would be the after effect of reading your little tale…maybe add that to the disclaimer as well. Thansk for another great post. Should I feel guilty? No… Don’t think so… I did search my soul for a while for any kind of guilt feeling…couldn’t find any. Well judging by the time you should still be n the land of nod….unless you have to work on a Saturday morning again! I think there was a typo in your A/N …you meant that this chapter was there for our VITAL consumption, right? Because yes, this story has definitely become a vital part of my life and as usual you did not disappoint, those girls really are into each other, aren’t they?
