    Danish – complications.

    "You’re so immature Alice," Dana shouted defensively as she walked through the open doorway, shutting their hotel room door with a bang. She stopped for a moment and closed her eyes, taking a few deep breaths. Shouting wasn’t going to do any good, if anything it would simply encourage Alice. She had to be smarter than that. "And really you can’t say anything to me about being a bad kisser. You weren’t fantastic either."

     

    Alice poked her head around a doorway at the end of the corridor, an unconvinced expression on her face; "Really? Wow wouldn’t have thought that when you started moaning. What was it again? "Oh… God… Ali-" Alice’s words were cut short due to the towel Dana had thrown over the blonde’s head. She quickly removed it to see Dana storming off into the kitchenette. "Whatever Dana. Look I was just doing the exact same thing you did to me. I don’t see why you need to be so grumpy about it."

     

    "Alice I’m not grumpy," Dana replied in an exasperated fashion as the blonde appeared beside her in the kitchen. She focused her attention on the coffee she was making in front of her instead of the faces Alice was making behind her back. "I’m tired, drained and so sick of you it isn’t funny."

     

    "Love you too dear," Alice stated chirpily before snatching Dana’s coffee and taking a sip out of it. The brunette let out an annoyed grunt and Alice quickly placed the mug back into Dana’s hands as a peace offering. "Sorry. I only took a little sip. Promise."

     

    "Whatever Al," Dana mumbled in reply before moving over to the one couch in their hotel room and slumping into it. Alice joined her not long after, perching herself on one of the couch’s arms in order to stare straight at Dana.

     

    "Ok honestly what’s wrong?" The sincerity in Alice’s question caused Dana to look up at her in surprise. The blonde simply shrugged her shoulders at Dana before continuing; "Is it because I kissed you? I’m sorry that I took it too far then."

     

    "Why do you care?" Dana asked cynically, causing Alice to sigh in frustration.

    "Because I still have to live with you for the week and having you shitty at me over something so stupid is going to drive me mad," Alice explained rationally. Dana looked at her for a minute before sighing herself and turning her sight towards the ceiling.

    5. This story is soooo great! You’ve really captured the Dana-Alice vibe – both the comedy and the romance. I’m loving that this is a nice, light, funny fic – exactly what Danish fans need after the horrors of season 3! Terrific job. Looking forward to the next chapter!

    12. I knew they were both too stubborn to continue their little competition of best kisser with each other. Dana keeps dingging her own grave and it gets deeper and deeper…LOL. This time Dana is not the only one, Alice’s bet totally backfired on her. :D And now they’re staging their own break-up. Can’t wait to see that happen! Love this story, it’s cute and funny, please continue.
