"Oh my God yeah, that guy was such a jerk, he was like…" Tonya froze when she saw Dana right in front of her, "D-Da…"

She was cut short when Dana grabbed her phone and crushed it in her hand. Tonya’s eyes widened and she squeaked, "h-how…you haven’t changed one bit in 10 years!"

Dana just smirked. I imagine she was scared shitless and I couldn’t help but laugh. Tonya looked in my direction and I gave her a little wave just as Dana lunged forward and sunk her teeth in. 

"Ahhh!"

"I can’t say I didn’t enjoy that," I admitted as Dana walked away from Tonya’s body.

"She had it coming, please continue Carmen," Dana said.

"That was terrifying," Bette whispered to me.

"Don’t be scared baby, try to think of it us sacrificing a chicken or cow for survival as a human," I said rubbing her back. She took a deep shuddering breath and we followed Carmen.

Carmen walked on until we reached a solitary art gallery where there was a woman by herself walking around the large expanse.

"Her," Carmen said hoarsely.

We followed her into the gallery and walked inside. The woman didn’t even turn to looked at us. We looked at each other in confusion and Shane called out, "hello?"

The woman didn’t turn. "I think she’s deaf," Bette said grabbing a pen and throwing it at the woman. The pen zoomed past her and she swirled around suddenly.

Carmen let out a sudden growl and leapt. The woman let out a sudden cry but it was soon quieted by Carmen taking her down. Bette turned away, unable to watch.

"Bette you okay?" I asked.

"She’s deaf," Bette whispered.

"And sometimes they’re blind but the blood is all the same," I said.

"Tina that is so heartless," Bette breathed.

I turned away with tears in my eyes, "we’re vampires not angels."

Bette looked at me instantly noticing that she hurt my feelings, "I’m sorry Tee, it’s just…I’ve never killed anyone before."

I sighed and said, "it’s always hard the first time."

"I never have to do this again do I?" Bette said meekly.

"Nope never unless you’re really injured or weak," I said honestly.

Bette sighed as the rest of the group looked at her expectantly. Bette closed her eyes for a moment then led us out of the gallery that belonged to someone called Jodi Lerner, I wonder if she was the deaf woman Carmen just killed.
