Bette: “there…you can come down now”
Tina: “is it gone?”
Bette: “yes”
Tina: “are you sure?”
Bette: “yes I’m sure”
Bette laughs out loud…Tina pouts and puts one hand on her hip…
Tina: “what’s so funny?”
Bette: “you”
She continues laughing
Tina: “ha..ha”
Bette: “don’t get mad…besides you were cute…all scared on top of a chair…afraid of a tiny mouse”
Tina: “shut up…I hate mice”
Bette: “I though that cops wasn’t afraid of everything”
Tina: “shoot I am…I have my flaws”
Bette: “hey we all do…so you sleep good last night?”
Tina steps down out of the chair…
Tina: “yeah I slept ok…but I mostly tossed and turned”
Bette: “oh”
Tina: “Bette”
Bette: “yes T”
Tina: “I never got to say thank you for last night…I mean I needed a friend and then out you came and it wasn’t something that I would expect you know…I never thought that it would be you…I always suspected that Eric was messing around but…I couldn’t find the facts that pieced the puzzle together…And then next thing you know you come into my life and then you put it all together for me…without wanting something from it…there are alot of people that do favors and ninety nine percent of the time they want something in return…and you know what your not like that….your different and what’s crazier your a woman”
Tina blushes…Bette steps closer…
Bette: “why does it have to be crazy?”
Tina: ” because your a woman and being with a woman is the last thing that a female on this earth would ever imagine…because when your young all you think about is that night and shining armor coming through the door and sweeping you off your feet…but to know now that it’s possible for a woman to do the same as a man could I would have to obect to that…oh it’s possible”
Bette: “it’s is…but if people weren’t so fast to judge then maybe they would know….people love to talk and down what they don’t understand when in the long run hurting those that are actually in the life waiting to someday come out…I’m glad that I am happy with myself and able to care about me and not worry about what someone else may say…because people can be cruel but I don’t let that get me…I don’t care if people judge me because their losing and I’m gaining from being around ignorant people”

yes im happy Bette showed some restraint because it would’ve been all wrong, and Tina is a little blunt and confusing to me here, im really trying to figure her out in this one…I’m not reading that connection it seems she is taking it as a mission or challenge maybe idk, good story though and now let me read on…..
