Everyone was really worried about Bette but were super supportive.  They sat and talked for another hour and then Bette had to go to her first treatment.  Everyone left with hugs and kisses all around.

Tina: to Bette you ready to go?

Bette: I guess so

Tina: Ill be right there with you baby

Bette: I know she was really scared about these treatments

They went to the doctors office and the Doctor explained to Bette what they were doing and how she would feel.  She had to sit in a chair for an hour and let an IV drip into her arm.  Luckily Tina was able to stay with her the whole time.  They were talking trying to keep Bettes mind off of it and soon enough they were done and on their way back home.

In the Car:

Tina: Well that wasnt so bad, right?

Bette: No I guess not, but it was only the first one and it hasnt started to effect me yet

Tina: Thats true, so how about we go pick up the girls and I take my babies out for dinner and some ICE CREAM! Tina knew that when ever Bette was feeling down ice cream always helped.

Bette: mmmm.ice cream! You are so good to me!

Tina: I try!

They pulled into the drive way

Bette: you wait here Ill go get them

Tina: ok

Bette went into the house:

Bette: yelling hey! Girls where are you?

Emily: Yelling Up stairs!

Bette: well come down we are going out to dinner

Emily: running down the stairs how do you feel? are you ok? Is every thing good?

Bette: wow slow down there. Yes everything is fine Im ok

Emily: hugging her mom good!

Bette: come on Katie, Tara, moms in the car waiting!

Tara: coming! and she came down

Katie: a little sluggish where are we going?  

Bette: I dont know we were waiting to see what you guys wanted. Where do you want to go?

Katie: I dont care

Bette: sensing that something was wrong hey whats up? Something wrong?

Katie: no

Bette: you sure?

Katie: YES! getting a little annoyed

Bette: wowa ok lets go

They all went out to eat and Katie was a grouch the whole time not saying much and giving one word answers when anyone tried to talk to her. When they got home Tina tried to talk to her.
