So We Meet Again: Chapter 7
Previously:
Alice: “So Danadid you find out who that PDA belonged to?” she asks curious to know if Dana has figured it out yet.
Dana: “UmmmI still have to look at it. Busy day you know.” she says randomly opening up cupboards and looking at the backs of random food products.
Alice: “uhhuh so you have no idea who that belongs to.” she says totally seeing through Dana‘s façade.
Dana: “Well, IuhIjust”
Alice: “I knew it. When the hell were you going to tell me that Bette was back? she says giving Dana the mother’s you in trouble look.
Dana: “How did you?”
Alice: “I didn’t know for sure, but know I do.” she says with a huge evil grin on her face.
Dana just stood there looking at Alice non-blinking. Alice however stood there with her shit eating grin.
Alice: “So when were you going to tell me babe?” she says pretending to be upset.
Dana: “I wasumgoing tosurprise you, yeah that’s it surprise you atbreakfast at The Planettomorrow.” she says glad that she was able to come up with something she thought sounded good.
Alice: “Really? You weren’t trying to hide this from me or keep me in the dark were you?” she says watching Dana squirm a bit.
Dana: “No, whywould you say that?” she says finally finding a to-go menu from Francesco‘s Pizzeria.
Alice: “Ok, well what are we going to do? Should we call her? I mean you probably found her phone number in there right.” she says wanting the answers before she’s done asking the questions.
Dana: “Well Shane and I were”
Alice: “You talked to Shane about this before me. What the hell Dane?” she says now a little hurt.
Dana: “I’m sorry baby. I just needed Shane to give me her usual calming advice. I mean come on this is pretty exciting news, we have not seen Bette since 2005. I mean 16 years is along time.”
Alice: “I know, but you should have told me first.” she says fully pouting.
Dana: “Come on Al. You know we would have ended up doing something rash. Or should I say you would have ended up doing something rash and I would have followed you into the fire.” she says playfully punching Alice on the arm.

It’s good that Tina is capable of admitting her embarrassment to her daughter. And Dana is so correct in stating that Alice would make some rash action in relation to their discovery about Bette’s return. I’m intrigue with both the parents and their children. Keep on writing. Thanks.
Thanks for the multiple update. Still waiting for the reveal when everyone meets. And I still think Will is a dick. :) Especially with the whole leaving Sam to sit by herself. He may be cocky but that doesn’t mean he isn’t also a jerk.

Sam: “I’m not a hoe mom…” ROFL I don’t think I even said that word in front of my mom until I was in college, which is right around the time “fuck” became a regular part of my vocabulary. :O But anyway it made me laugh my butt off. This is what makes no sense to me. Will is worried about how Sam will react when she finds out he has 2 moms. Um, Sam knows Dana was a famous tennis player who happened to be an out lesbian (at least that’s what I assume since Bette knew that). So what’s the big damn deal? He’s probably gay himself and it’s eating away at him so he acts like a total dick and all macho to try and forget about it.
I just found this story and am loving it. I can not wait until Sam and Hope hook up. Sam is so much like Tina, where as Hope is like Bette. Also it is going to be interesting when Bette and Tina come face to face let alone realize that they both have girls that were basically brought into being to remind both women of their lost love.
I just loves this story and your writing…..it’s more important that you post than uses time on comments if you ask me, but once in a while it’s great…..I’m looking forward to more…
