The next morning Bette was waiting for them this time. Tina came thinking that they were waiting on her when she saw Bette by herself she got a little nervous.
“Good morning”
“Good morning Tina.”
“So the ladies slept in this morning I see.”
“Yeah I guess so.”
“Well they should be here soon.”
“Yeah they should be.” They both were a little nervous they didn’t really know what to say.
“So do you have any kids, if you don’t mind me asking?”
“Oh no I don’t mind and to answer your question I don’t have kids. With a demanding job like mine and my age I just don’t have time.”
“But you have time for a three week vacation.”
Tina looked at her.
“Sorry none of my business.”
“No its in my contract. I get time off.”
“Must be nice.”
“Yeah it has it perks.”
By that time Lilly and Sadie made it.
“I hope were not interrupting anything.”
Tina just gives Sadie a look.
“No you’re not we were just waiting for you two.”
They all had a nice breakfast and talked a little more.
“So what are your plans for the day Bette?”
“I was going to walk the trail.”
“Oh that sounds fantastic, do you mind if we join you?”
“Well I was thinking…”
“Great we’ll meet you at the front in half an hour.”
“Sounds good.”
~Walking the trail Sadie and Lilly walked ahead of Bette and Tina.
“Hey Bette I want to apologize for Sadie she can be a little…”
“Assertive?”
“Pushy, was what I was going to say but yes if you want to be a little nice about it.”
“It’s okay.”
“No really it’s not, she told us that you wanted to be alone but she continues to push you to hang out with us.”
“It’s okay I’m a big girl, I don’t mind it so much anymore.”
~Back to Sadie and Lilly.
“So what do you think they are talking about?”
“I don’t know, do you think that it was a good idea to get them to be together? You know Tina is married.”

I hope they don’t have to drink a whole glass before they realize how much they want to kiss one another! I hope Tina is brave enough to take the lead – it sounds as though Bette doesn’t want to because Tina’s married…more soon!
