Tina watched as Finn walked across the café with two cups of coffee – he put Tina’s down in front of her

“Not a drop spilt “

“I would hope not – you won’t get promoted dropping things “

“I have only dropped two things and that was in my first week “

Finn sat down and stretched his long legs out – Tina smiled. Bette had been right – LA had caused her over sized brother to mature. He looked around

“Nice café – why are we not meeting at The Planet – Shane, Dana and Alice are bound to be there wasting their time ?”

“Because I don’t want to explain my families business to Alice – have you told Shane ?”

“Yes but chill sis – Shane is discrete like you wouldn’t believe “

“Why don’t you want them to know – they are your friends “

“Its too raw for me at the moment – maybe in time but I need to get my head round things and I haven’t yet “

“At least you are talking to me “ Finn said referring to her silence on the plane

“Because you were always been told to look after us and you did – we would all get up to mischief but you were never the sort of older sister like my friends have who would have made us take the blame. You took the rap for a lot of things that were down to us. I was grateful as a kid but looking back you got the bum rap “
