The Planet….

Hey Kit you have a phone call!

Kit Porter.

Kit?  Its’ Bette.

Well it’s about time you called me!  What in the hell is going on with you!

Bette:  Kit!  Look you have every right to be mad at me and I expect it but if you are going to yell at me I am going to hang up right now!

Ok, baby girl!  I’m sorry!  Don’t hang up!  Bette, where are you? 

Kit, I am still in LA.  I am scheduled to leave the day after tomorrow. But I would really like to see you before I leave.  I think there is someone you should meet.

Baby girl, if its that little guy that I saw in the paper you are right I do need to meet him and you have some explaining to do.  I am so upset that you have a son, Bette. A son that I have yet to meet and from the looks of him he is quite handsome.

Kit, I am really sorry!  I can’t change the past.  But I would really like you to meet him.

Kit:  Why don’t you come to the Planet in the morning?

I don’t think that I am ready to come there just yet Kit.  I don’t want to run into anyone.

Kit:  Why don’t you come in the back door and we can stay in my office. No one will bother us and we can spend time together.

Okay Kit I will see you in the morning around 830.

In the meantime at Tina’s

Tina had been on the phone all day trying to get in touch with the business manager that handled Jodie Foster.  She was getting nowhere.

Tina sat around looking at her house. She still lived in the same house that she and Bette shared.  She had changed some things in the house but she had not wanted to change everything because her and Bette had picked put most of these things together. 

Tina had dated numerous people since Bette.  Most her relationships were short lived.  No one seemed to be able to take the place of the brunette who was her soulmate.  Tina knew she had needed to move on and she had tried but she just couldn’t.

Tina needed to see Bette to see if she had in fact moved on without her and maybe she could do the same.  She just needed closure.  But if for one moment Bette gave her any sign that she still loved her Tina decided she was going to fight for Bette.

She had forgiven Bette long ago.  She understood know why Bette cheated on her and she understood why she pushed Bette away.

It was getting late and Tina decided to go to bed.  Tomorrow was a new day and she was going to find Bette Porter!

Early the next morning….

Bette had got up early.  She sat looking out at the ocean at how beautiful and peaceful it was here.  She wished at times that she had stayed and fought for Tina but like a coward Bette had ran and she still hadn’t stopped.

She was living a great life in England. She had a gallery that was very successful.  She had Dane and she loved him very much and he loved her.  She had dated while in England but no one could replace the certain blonde that still held her heart.

It was then that Bette decided.  She was going to have to see Tina before she left.  She needed her heart back so she could move on and start over. 

Mommy? 

Good morning Dane how are you?

Are we going to see Auntie Shane today?

Bette: Actually D, we probably will see Shane later but today you are going to meet the rest of your auntie’s and someone else very special.  So what do you say we get you cleaned up so we can go.

Dane:  Okay mommy. Let’s go.
