Tina sighed heavily, "Apparently Vogue has a theme for one of their clothin’ lines that matches ours so Peggy and Phyllis both agreed to change our line since our fashion show is after theirs"
"Are you serious? Can they even do that on such short notice? I mean the show is only a few days away isn’t it?"
"Unfortunately they can and they did, which is why I have to stay late. Even though the show is pretty much mine since I’m organizin’ it and my clothes are in it, they still have the last word"
"Ugh that is such bullshit, T. That’s not fair to you. Why didn’t you just tell them to shove the show up their asses and choke on it? Maybe I should go over there and tell them myself. You know, show ‘em who’s boss. They might let you even leave early or at least know they can’t mess with my baby like that"
As Tina laughed, she contemplated for a few moments about how the ass and choking thing was even possible but in the end decided to just let the matter drop. Bette was incredibly adorable and sooo sexy when she was got all aggressive like that so why ruin it with trying to be all logical?
"You’re sweet and I appreciate the offer but I’m fine, babe really. I worked really hard settin’ this whole thing up so I can’t just give it all up now. This show is kind of like a fashion comin’ out party for me. Its my way of showin’ the world what I can do. I don’t want someone else taking credit for somethin’ I put my heart and soul into"
Bette let out a deep sigh, "You’re right, baby. I’m sorry, I just . . you deserve this and I don’t want anyone takin’ advantage of you"
Tina couldn’t help but smile at Bette’s words. Like she said before, adorable.
She decided to tease her beautiful lover a bit hoping to ease the tension somewhat before she brought the Helena situation up.
"Oh, like you did this mornin’?"
Tina couldn’t see Bette but she knew the brunette was smiling.

Lol damn I thought Helena and Bette were gonna freakin kill each other. I write on the bus and probably a few people looked over my shoulder lol so I know how you feel, tho buses in California are not as crowded as New York subways lol

Helena is a fool, she should never try to take Tina from Bette, neither try to have a fight with Bette on her own turf unless she has a death wish. Here mothers’ money will NOT prevent the ass-kicking coming her way from trying to insist on Tina being with her, especially since she has said NO more than once. Love this Bette. Thanks.
