“Come on Bette, I’m ***** starving!”

“Just a minute Tee!” Bette replied, “I’m very nearly done” The smell wafting from the kitchen was driving Tina absolutely crazy, and she was convinced her stomach would eat itself if Bette didn’t hurry up. Bette walked in with a bottle of red wine and two glasses

“Bette” Tina whispered in a mock dieing voice, “Bette, I’m not gonna last much longer” Bette sighed, smiling

“I’m dieing, and I just want you to know” Tina continued

“What sweetie, that you love me, that I’m your soul mate, that we’ll be together again in the next life?”

“No, that when I die I want all my stuff buried with me, you cant have any of it!” Tina sat up and pulled a face at her “Cas its your bloody fault I died!!” She threw a pillow at her, and Bette laughed and ran back in the kitchen. Tina poured the wine.

Bette walked in with a tray with one big bowl and two forks on it.

“Ok babe, eating out of one bowl is cute and all, but seriously, that’s a salad bowl. You run a prestigious art gallery. Your supposed to be refined and cultured”

“Really? This is a salad bowl? And all this time I thought it was some kind of vase” Bette replied sarcastically.

“Aww. Isn’t that cute. Your as dumb as a box of hair” Tina threw back her hair and fake laughed like the count of Sesame Street.

“You are so weird”, Bette said as she sat across Tinas’ knees, putting the tray between the two of them.

“No, I’m just delirious from hunger!”

    “You’re so funny”

“Yeah, yeah, shut and give me the food already!”

Bette picked up a fork and leaned in a gently kissed Tina while twirling the tagiteli onto the fork

“Okay try this babe” Bette fed Tina the forkful of pasta. Tinas eyes widened as she swallowed the hot, spicy, tomato pasta

“Oh my God, you made this from scratch? Its amazing!”

“I know!!!” Bette said gleefully “I didn’t know making pasta from scratch took so long though. Sorry about the wait.” Bette picked up a fork and began to eat too.

“Meh, don’t worry about it. Didn’t bother me” Bette sputtered , her mouth full of wine

    1. good job! other than some grammatical and spelling errors, that was a great story.
      “you’re” instead of “your”
      “dying” not “dieing”
      “dessert” not “desert”
now the compliment…..i liked how you had Bette cook a whole meal from scratch! she never cooked in the show. can’t wait for the update!

    2. another compliment. i love the way you have bette and tina talk to each other. they joke around, and it’s like they both can be so relaxed with each other.

    3. Another boost to your ego. i love the style and showing B/T with a great jokey relationship is so good. the only spelling mistake that ever bothers me is calling tina tuna which cracks me up..is this the first story with a Nigella reference — phew now that woman would be a great guest in the show. Please write more ! xx
