Tina worked out at a gym as well but she preferred to do it in the evenings. Like Bette she had arranged her workouts around Angie’s custody schedule so she did Thursday, and Friday workouts. Saturday was usually her pampering day where she went to the day spa for pedicures, manicures, facials, and massages. She would sometimes alternate her gym workouts with jogging.

Although they could have arranged to do workouts together and leave Angie with a sitter at the gym they opted for now to maintain the schedules they had; not only did the routine help them to remain physically fit but it was their “solo” time to do what they enjoyed for themselves.
