Tina – “Hey I’m ready to go….I could drop your clothes off later?”

Bette – “Oh errm don’t worry about it, just whenever”

Tina – “Ok well..Thanks…I better get going”

Tina – I don’t get this……she seems so cold now…I felt something from her last night…there was something there…her eyes…oh my god those eyes…

Bette – “Yeah….Umm hope works ok, what is it your doing?”

Tina – “Oh just a shoot for a magazine cover”

Bette – “I’m impressed, id love to see some of your work”

Tina – “Id love to show you Bette”

A couple of silent seconds crept by and neither said a word. Their eyes locked.

Tina – “I…err…I gotta go. Thanks again Bette I had a lovely evening and thanks so much for letting me stay”

Bette – “It was a pleasure Tina and I’m glad you enjoyed yourself”

Tina – “Ok so I guess ill see you soon then?”

Bette – “You will……”

Tina leaned in to Bette quickly placing a small kiss on her lips. Bette was stunned but savoured the second.

Tina – “bye Bette”

And with that Tina left leaving behind a confused and bewildered Bette Porter.

She didn’t do much all afternoon, just flicked though some magazines by the pool trying to get Tina out of her head. By this point after thinking about the situation so much she’d realized that it was particularly that Tina had dated Alice but more of the strong feelings and the fascination with the blonde.

Was she just sexually starved and anything would do? But if that then why not Helena who’d offered herself to her last night? Should she get rid of this frustration and call Helena? Would that help? Or would that just fuck the whole thing up ever more?

At 7O`Clock she began to get ready for the Planet where she would be meeting Alice and Shane for drinks. By 7:50 she was out the door.

Bette walked into the Planet and looked around for Alice or Shane. She couldn’t spot either of them so she went to the bar for a drink.

Kit – “Hey baby sis! Thought you might be coming in tonight, where’s the girls?”

Bette – “Hi, well I was meeting them here about now but you know what Shane’s like with timing….No excuses for Alice though, she’s pretty much never ever late”

Kit – “Oh how did the dinner go last night?”

Bette – “Really well thanks and even that idiot Franklin seemed to think so”

Kit – “Who? That little dwarf!?!?…Sorry…I was just kidding wit cho”

Bette – “No its fine….He is!”

Kit – “OMG when did that happen”

Bette – “What? When did what happen?” turning round to see what Kit was flapping about.

Kit – “Alice an that Gabby thang!?!”

Bette – “Oh yeah…….Last night I think….and before you say it I know”

Kit – “Baby sis you gotta tell that girl that she is trouble! Yall remember what Alice went though wit her the last time”

Bette – “Kit there’s no telling her…..I’ve tried…..everyone’s tried”

Kit – “Umm Umm I don’t like that girl one bit, I don’t trust her”

Bette – “No me neither…..I just wish she’d meet someone nice”

Kit – “What like you?” Grinning happily

Bette – “Quit with the sarcasm sis! I never meant to hurt her……We barley lasted two seconds together”

Kit – “True…..Oh err I forgotten to ask you….What do you want to drink? Ha you’ve been stood here for ages, sorry sis”

Bette – “No its fine don’t worry about it ill just have a glass of dry white please, im sure Alice will come over when she comes up for air”

Kit – “Ok coming right up…….and what can I get you” tending to the customer stood next to Bette.

Bette turned her head away from the bar to check if Shane had come in yet. She couldn’t see her but heard an all too familiar voice.

Tina – “Ill have whatever she’s having please”
