She had managed to get in touch with Rita Thorndike, and told her she’d be getting there tomorrow morning, and since she was the only one in Jane Porter’s will, they could do the reading of the will tomorrow.

So she was set to go. James had gotten her a red-eye so she was cutting it close. She hurried home, pulled out her suitcase and started packing, her mind still racing.

When she was done packing, she pulled out the clothes she was going to be wearing. She took a shower, called a cab to be at her house in 1 hour and changed into more comfortable clothes. She imagined the brunette to be late for a flight that would take her to her love, who would be waiting for her, roses in hand. And when they were finally reunited the lovers would emb-

“Miss? We’re ready for you to board” A young voice interrupted her musings. She looked back to where the brunette was just a minute ago, but she was gone. She took a deep sigh

“Thank you” Again, she carried her book while the man carried her suitcase to the gate, her blonde hair flowing flawlessly.
