    Now it was Bette turn to blush.

     

    The next day

    Bette was in the kitchen making herself a pot of coffee, still thinking about the texts between her and Tina from last night. All of sudden her phone buzzed, she thought it could be no one but Alice this earlier in the morning.

    Morning – Tina

    Bette paused what she was doing after realizing it was from Tina, she began to feel the heat rise on her body just from a simple text message.

    Goodmorning to you also Ms. Kennard – Bette

    Please Bette, called me Tina – Tina

    Ok…Tina :-)– Bette

    Bette blushed…Is she flirting with me…Bette also thought.

    Um…yea it does – Bette

    A few minutes passed by, both women lost in thought.

    Well I was just speaking, wanted to wish you a good day! – Tina

    Tina lied.

    Ten minutes pass by…then Bette’s phone buzz again

    Bette…Is Kate the only reason you text me yesterday?  – Tina

    Tina couldn’t believe she just ask Bette this but it bother her all night to why Bette suddenly just stop wanting to talk.

    Yes that’s the only reason – Bette

    Now Bette was lying.

    Well that and…. – Bette

    Tina suddenly starting feeling nervous not knowing what Bette was going to say.

    Well I just thought maybe you could use a friend…that we could be friends – Bette

    It wasn’t what she wanted to hear but she would take it…She wanted to hear Bette say that she text Tina because after their conversation two nights ago, she couldn’t stop thinking about her…maybe only it was her who felt that way about Bette…again little did she know.

      • This is fun. Hope they do get together. Glad you took the time to start writing. Thank you also for exploring all the early stories from years past. Many of them I’ve never read but I am making a list of all the ones that you and another person are finding. Quite a list too. This will give me reading material for a very long time.
