Chapter Four Part Two:
“And once again, we meet for coffee, are you trying to worm your way into my pants? Oops, I mean heart…” Tina joked as soon as she was side to side with Bette. “Not that I mind, of course.”
Bette leant closer to Tina with a lazy grin on her lips. Pretty soon she was holding onto Tina’s hips as she drew her closer. It looked very much like she was about to kiss her but then… Tina beamed widely and spun around to face Alice, who’d just walked through the door.
“Guess what Alice.”
“What, TK?” She said cheerily, as she pretended to be anticipating what Tina was going to say next. “Come on; tell me, I’m on the edge of my seat. Well, if I was to be sitting down, I’d be on the edge of my seat.”
Tina pouted childishly and turned away from Alice, “And for that, I will not be telling you.”
Bette watched the interaction between the two; it made her stomach bubble with jealously. But as Tina turned back to face her, with an unbelievably wide smile upon her lips, all envy melted away as their eyes met.
“Were you just going to kiss me, Bette Porter?” Tina asked confidently, as she stepped closer to the taller woman. “Because, I have to tell you, it seemed that way to me.”
“And me.” Alice piped up as she stuck her head over Tina’s shoulder. “Bette likes to kiss women she’s only just met, don’t you? She has a lot of one night stands under her belt.”
Tina lifted a brow as she turned back to Bette, “Oh really? Have you now? Is this true, Bette?”
Bette glanced nervously between Tina and Alice, along with a few vowel sounds slipping from her lips. “Uh…” Then when she noticed Tina’s eyebrow arch that even bit higher – if that was possible – she broke out into a fit of laughter. “Oh boy, you two are hilarious.”
As she turned and walked away, Tina turned to face Alice with a questioning look upon her face. Alice seemed to know what she was thinking because she tapped her shoulder and muttered: “She crumbles under pressure. Watch her at night time; she’s all over the ladies.”

Ok, I am a Bette fan, and not a Tina fan, but even I am with Tina in this one…I would leave too. It doesn’t fit that Bette would be flirtatious with Tina,invite her to lunch, invite her to the party and then be all over someone else in front of her. WHAT DID JODI DO?????
Well, I don’t feel sorry for Bette at all. The way to win a girl over isn’t to flirt with her, almost kiss her, invite her to a party and make out with someone else right in front of her. At least, that hasn’t worked with anyone I know. Maybe Tina needs to go on a date with someone really attentive so that Bette will get her act together.
I’m sensing some trouble starting i think tina needs to stop with the little hints and make her intentions know! bette needs to talk with tina and she where she is at… gosh please make these two talk and not play games too long,lol unless the games are FUN games, lol
Loving your story. I actually like teasing and flirting, but agree that Bette could have bypassed the make out. Tina with Marcus may prompt Bette to admit her attraction. Look forward to your next post!

I just caught up. This is a very intriquing story. Being a Tibette fan, I can’t wait to see how they finally get together (if they do, and I sure hope that they do).
