After her private investigator had briefed her on Tina’s history Friday afternoon, she was even more committed to having her. She was the perfect match for Helena; strong enough to take on a VP at a major film studio and intelligent enough to find a way out of “The Biz” without ruffling too many feathers. The woman was truly remarkable. In her brief tenure with The Foundation, Helena had already been impressed by Tina’s vision and thorough, evaluative approach to exceedingly complex social issues.
She had it all and Helena wanted her. And Peabody’s generally got what they wanted.
Helena gave Tina sufficient time to catch a cab before finding Lin-Len to collect the to-go bags and settle the check. Although Lin-Len eyed the red handprint across his patron’s face with some surprise and empathy, he respectfully said nothing.
Helena knew she needed to give Tina both space and time to calm down; she opted not to return to the office. She recognized that if she wanted the blonde she would need to take a different approach. Perhaps there was a way to thaw the ice around Tina’s heart… at least where Helena was concerned. One thing was certain; Helena would need to be persistent.

Tina was still trying to process what the hell had happened as the cab driver pulled in front of The Foundation’s office building.
Had that alpha actually had the nerve to kiss her? Oh the thought just sent chills down Tina’s spine.
Tina shuddered as she thought about Helena’s kiss. How could I have let THAT woman…of ALL people… kiss me?
She tenderly ran her fingertips across her lips. They felt slightly swollen from the forceful kiss. God…how could she erase this sensation? She desperately needed to make it all go away. Pretend it had been a nightmare…
Tina didn’t want to admit it but there was something else bothering her.
Something that left her emotionally cold but physically stimulated. She didn’t want to acknowledge it. It was dreadful to admit. It was the worst part about the kiss.
She had felt something.
God, it was too awful to think about.
She wanted to race home, brush her teeth, and rise her mouth out with some horrid tasting antiseptic; anything to remove that alpha’s taste and these disgusting sensations from her lips.

Mighty afraid Tina is biting off way much more than she can digest. Hellno is the most venomous of bitches and she has the money to play this out for as long as she wants. Tina will never win this one playing that game. What she should do is talk with Peggy and tell her everything that has happened, investigation, lunch, and assault, all of it. Peggy knows Hellno well enough to know that Tina would not be lying. And she would also understand why Tina would not want to be involved with another woman like Hellno and Alexandra. Especially Hellno, she is pretty damned awful and Peggy knows that. she had already told Hellno that she did not care what she wanted for her libido. Peggy wanted someone in the office that could actually work and be beneficial to the Foundation. Tina was it. Tina’s safest bet is to involve Peggy immediately. Thanks for posting.
I’m so afraid that Tina has bit off more than she can chew. Helena is a pro and Poor Tina is a new born kitten. Lets hope that Tina doesnt get hurt to badly thanks
I kind of wondered is this was where you were heading with these two. The cat and mouse will be interesting. Poor Helena after the slap is going to be even more enticed by our Tina. the ASP is now SWS wow the mind is boggling at the turn of events at the restaurant.I can not believe Tina slapped Helena its too good to be true.Didnt it bother Hels when Tina said about Alpha’s or oviously she wasnr paying much attention; I seriously think Tina is in way over her head.But i admire her courage to fight this out and not walk away until the cats got the cream.I think no matter what Shane says Tina is going to do what she wants to do, the only thing she can do is be there when Tina needs her for support.Thanks for the update i thoroughly enjoyed this especially the slap…Its so hostile and aggitated but I know it truly hasnt phased Peabody one bit and she is going to use her Alpha dominating skills to pursue Tina in any way possible
Helena said something that had me thinking “I know that you have saved a tremendous amount of money and frankly don’t need to work”. Question is, how was our little T able to save ALL that money with such an extravagant taste for the finer things in life?…….GENIOUS!!!!…..”MASTER OF THE GAMES”.-would this be too much if I ask you to post soon? the exchange between Tina and Shane regarding Helena’s kiss was hilarious. Tina is in SUCH denial. Helena will eat her for lunch and Tibetter though i am, i look forward to it!
At least it sounds like sexy Tina will show up at work tomorrow.
