Tina moaned softly as she slowly opened her eyes. Her body was entangled with the sheets, and she rubbed her eyes. She wrapped her body in the sheet and noticed that Bette wasn’t at her side. She sat up slowly and raked her fingers through her hair. She walked out of the bedroom and walked down the hall. She smiled softly as she smelled something delicious coming from the kitchen. She smiled softly when she saw Bette at the stove. Bette turned around and smiled.

“Good morning sleeping beauty.”

“Good morning,” Tina walked into the kitchen, and Bette gave her a kiss on the forehead. “It smells good in here.”

“I made you a vegetable omelet. I hope you like it.” Bette grabbed the skillet and put the food on the plate. “C’mon and take a seat.” She walked over to the table and placed the plate down. She pulled the chair out, and Tina took a seat. Tina smiled softly as she watched Bette take care of her. “What would you like to drink? I have milk, V8, orange juice—,” Tina grabbed her fork.

“Orange Juice would be fine.” She cut a piece of her omelet and put it in her mouth. She moaned softly and nodded. “This is really good Bette—you’ve gotten better.” Bette smiled as she grabbed a cup from the cupboard.

“Thank you,” she poured Tina a cup of orange juice and sat it on the table. Bette took a bite out of an apple and leaned against the counter.

“Y’know you really didn’t have to do this.”

“Well I thought since you’re carrying our baby—it was the least I can do, but also because I wanted to show you that I can cook a mean vegetable omelet.” Tina chuckled softly, and Bette smiled.

“Do you have to work today?” Bette shook her head.

“Actually no—Phyllis is letting me have a day off.” Tina took another bite of her omelet.

“Would you like to do something today?”

“Sure—I would like that.”

                Jenny stretched in her bed and yawned. She felt someone’s arm wrapped around her, and she smiled. She pushed Sloane’s hair out of her face and raked her fingers across her lips. Sloane began to move and slowly opened her eyes. She saw Jenny’s piercing green eyes and smiled.
