“Danny, it’s alright. She works here.” Danny nodded and walked off. Jocelyn smiled as she walked towards Dana.
“How’s your head?”
“Throbbing,” Jocelyn laughed softly and pushed a strand out of her face. “Let me see,” she grabbed Dana’s hand and moved it. “Wow—that sucker’s going to swell up bad.”
“Thanks, I have a party to go tonight.”
“Just wear a hat, it’ll be fine.” Jocelyn stared at Dana’s sweaty neck and then down her body. She made her way back up and smiled at Dana. “Before you got hit in the head, you looked pretty good.”
Dana giggled. “Thank you. I’m getting myself ready. I have my first match in a month.”
“Against who?”
“I don’t know yet.” Dana smiled.
“Well I know you’re going to make a great comeback.”
“Thank you for your encouragement.”
“Not a problem.” The two women laughed and looked at each other.
Alice walked towards the court and saw Danny.
“Hey Danny.” Danny walked towards Alice with the ice pack.
“Hey Alice, what’s up?”
“I’m looking for Dana.”
“She’s on the courts. I was on my way back out there.” He broke up the ice pack.
“What’s that for?”
Danny laughed softly. “Dana got hit in the head with the tennis ball.”
“Is she all right?”
He nodded. “She’s fine, she’ll have some swelling though. C’mon,” Alice walked with Danny back to the courts.
Jocelyn pushed a strand of hair out of Dana’s face. Dana felt a little uncomfortably with Jocelyn getting closer to her.
“I was just pushing it out of your way.”
“Thanks,” Dana smiled nervously. “Jocelyn, can I ask you a question?”
“Yeah,” Jocelyn bit her bottom lip.
“Why did you pick me? I mean—there are a lot of girls out there, but you chose me. I have a girlfriend.”
“I know, but I really like you.”
“No offense, but you don’t even know me. You just know me as Dana Fairbanks: the famous lesbian tennis player. Do you know one thing about me?”

I am glad Tina didn’t get angry at Bette for thinking it was Audrey putting the moves on her…all she had to do was think about Bette’s reaction and she would see Bette wasn’t encouraging anything. Marcus’ wife is crazy but they can handle her…why go back to square 1 when they have a suitable donor available. More please.

I thought Dana was wrong. She knew the other woman was coming on to her. Alice had a right to be annoyed. I hope she doesn’t bow to queen Dana.
