    Chapter 28 – The L Wing.

     

    ” I just want his approval that’s all.  I still remind him of my mother and I think he will never forgive or forget that . I have 63% approval rating in the country – unheard of for a sitting President and all I want is someone to love me for who I am – not for all of this. Would you still love me if I wasn’t the President of America ? “


     

     

     

    Narration of Tina Kennard.

     

     

     

    “Bette I know you find this hard to believe but yes I would – I would have fallen in love with you regardless of anything or everything. I know I have a reputation which is probably deserved but I do want all the simple things – I want to be married and have a family and come home every night to the same woman. I didn’t set out to fall in love with you – I tried to fight it but I couldn’t just like you tried too. I love you Bette – I am very happy with you and I want to get to know you like no one else does. I know you have lots of reasons not to believe me but in time you will – in time you will understand that this is about Bette and Tina -not the President and the Press Secretary”

     

    We kiss again – I lick her lips with my tongue and she opens her mouth to allow me in again. When the moment ends she looks at me.

     

     

    “Have you ever seen the Presidential bedroom ?’ she asks with a shy grin.

     

    “No – will you like to give me a guided tour ?”

     

    “I thought you would never offer “

     

     

    She gets up and pulls me into her arms.

     

    “I shouldn’t have said what I did – I know you love me Tina – do you believe me when I tell you that I love you ?”

     

    “Yes – but I’ll know for sure when your tongue is licking me and pushing inside me and making me scream “

     

    “I think I can manage that. Would you like me to make love to you Tina ?”

    3. ok so I’m confused here, r they still on the plane, and if so, is no one with them….I mean won’t anyone be wonderin what the heck is going on. And I mean gossip is all around us, how come no one that “knows’ of them sneaking around, has sold them out yet?? U know like someone in the security detail or a cook or somebody?????

    11. First of all, I love your story! I agree that there is a hint of betrayal with Tina, but I’m sure that is just an ever-so-often passing thought in my mind. We just want to protect Bette and Tina’s reputation does not help. I do believe they love each other, but they have fallen so hard and so quick. I would be scared for myself if I was in Bette’s shoes. There’s no way I would have been so open so early, but I have also never been that in love (so who really knows). Lastly, I love your story!!

    16. Well, Ally, that was a nice little sky-high interlude. A brief and blissful timeout for the powerhitters. But knowing you, I bet that once they touch ground the drama will begin again. And knowing you, I bet it’ll be fun to watch.
