“Ok…calling rainbow, catapulting, and physical transporting, oh there’s thing called body jumping… Jinks…this is ridicules… there’s nothing useful in this book” Bette said through the book on the couch, pacing back and front in Kit’s living room…

“Why? If she can do this you also can…. just do it…” Jinks said, pushing the book further to Bette…

Kit and the girls were just standing there. Kit was trying to say something but she was always interrupt either from Bette or Jinks…

“Baby sis list…” Kit began…

“Jinks, do you realize what are you asking me to do? I’m not…I’m not a sorceress…what if I do something wrong…” Bette said, biting her lip…

“Big of a deal…we can handle some more rain…just read the damn words…” Jinks yelled…

“Hey…” Bette warns…”Language! Not in front of my daughter!”

“Sorry…well, will you read the d… the words or do we have to call the funeral home?”

Bette huffed…she did not like the whole idea…she didn’t like it before, even when Jinks reassured her that if something goes wrong he will cover the damages…

“I don’t know…I don’t know what to do…Kit? What do you think? Should I try…or do we have to call the police and hope for miracles….?”

“Bette…that’s what I’ve been trying to tell you the whole time!” Kit rose from her place and walked to Bette. Kit folds Bette’s face in her hands, looking straight into her eyes.

“Ok…give me the book…” She said, reaching for her. Jinks hands her the item, and stepped back. “Kit…you should do the same, go near the couch…and have an eye on Angie.” Kit nodded, walking next to the others.

“Bette, open the book on page 666…” Jinks gave her instructions

“Oh, that’s a nice symbolic…” Bette mumbled, opening on the page. “Ok…here we go…” Bette read the words she’s seeing then closed the book…”There…see… nothing…nada…” Bette huffs, she looked back to her friends whom were standing still with mouths a gap…”Guys…what’s going on…why are you looking me like that…” Alice pointed with her finger, something behind Bette. Bette turned slowly around not knowing what to expect.
