Bette had not intended to ask Tina this just yet but it felt right for her and her son – that was the most important thing now. It felt right that she should have her wife back and that Jnr would have the love of Tina Kennard as his mother.
She also knew it was way too soon and that she would be travelling back to England alone in a few days. But since they had made love again Bette had begun to day dream about a life with Tina and their son. They could finally be the family they had dreamed and planned for so long.
Tina moved so she was facing Bette – Bette took hold of her hand.
“I love you and I know that you love me Tina “
“I do love you Bette – its one hell of a shock that’s all. “
“I know – but it feels right – don’t you feel that babe -it feels good to be with you in this house – I don’t expect a decision right now. Just think about it – just know that if we can find a way of being together I want you to be as much his mom as I am “
“Oh God – Bette – you know I would love him with all my heart “
“I know, but if you need any extra persuasion “
Bette eased off the sofa and brought her bag across and handed Tina a photographic wallet.
“Thought you might like to see him “
Tina took the Polaroid snaps out and looked at them – in each of the four the foetus was larger and more developed.

Ally, I don’t know if they do this in Britain, but here we put the pictures of missing children on milk cartons. As you mentioned milk cartons and Henry’s inabilitly to find Tina’s G-Spot in the same paragraph, I was thinking Tina should have put an illustration of it on their milk carton so Henry would at least have a clue. Yippee, we’re gonna go to London!

Not enough passion, lovemaking, witty conversation…you’re slipping allyemmerson! Ok, I’m just kidding. Enjoyed all the emotionally intimacy you’ve conveyed that’s in stark contrast to any other relationship either of them has had. All the longing to reconnect too. It’s interesting to read, get to the end, and want very much to see more. There’s some anticipation in the air though…feels like there’s a few bumps in the road. Look forward to the next chapter.

AllyE the way you are telling this story and letting them reconnect with such love showing and the tenderness and intimacy between them is just outstanding. Love the story. Please let Tina make up her mind to go with Bette until after the baby is born, rather than wait until the birth. As head of the studio, Tina can make her office anywhere, right. Great chapter.
