I told you I would be here first thing this morning, so what is the emergency?

I only took care of one of the kids; the other one got away.

What! Are you a fucking idiot? I told you that I cannot have these kids anymore and to get rid of them. What is so hard about disposing of two children? So what happened?

Hold on, now Eric. Calm down. I think the situation can be repaired and it may have taken care of itself.

What do you mean, Eric says with disbelief in his voice?

Well, Eric, I took the bodies into the woods to bury. I set them down so that I could scout out a good location. Well, when I got back to the spot that I left the bodies one of them was gone. I didn’t realize that the other one wasn’t completely dead yet. Well, I looked around a bit and I didn’t find the kid. So I buried the other one and looked some more for the little escapee. I don’t think he could have survived out there long. I mean the kid was damn near dead when we got out there.

Look, we have to find that kid and finish the job or my whole plan will be ruined. Come on, let’s go.  We have to do this quickly I have just a few more weeks before my wedding and I need to get back to Tina.

So how is it going with Tina?

Same as the others, she will be the best victim I have ever had. She’s hot and I am going to fuck her brains out before I get rid of her.

Have you decided how you are going to do it yet?

No, I am still thinking about it. But after I get rid of Tina; I am going to try and get with this lady cop that I met when the last one died. Her name is Bette Porter, and she is the most beautiful woman I have ever seen. I think I can straighten up and fly right with her by my side. I would definitely give up this insurance game for her.  

*** A few weeks later***

Bette’s mouth hung open in shock. She couldn’t believe what she just heard. Anonymous informant just told her that Eric was seen returning a rental car with Just Married all over it. He was walking arm and arm very cozy with a blonde. The tipster recognized him from a newspaper photo that accompanied the article written about Mrs. McBride’s death. The informant also said that she wasn’t completely sure that it was him because he was using the name Eric Love and not Eric McBride. This little bit of information about the name caused Bette to think that the caller must have been an employee of the rental car place.

How odd, Bette thought to herself. Barely six weeks after his wife’s death this guy is married again. I have got to verify this; if I can it may be enough to get the case re-opened. Once I get a little more information I will be paying a little visit to the Captain and the ME’s office. I am sure something was missed during the autopsy.
