Lara: Sure.  Unless you want to stay here.

Alice: I tell you what.  We go there and eat dinner….and then we come back home….and we eat some dessert.

Lara: Mmmmmm….  

They kiss once again before preparing to take a trip down to Jenny’s.  Kit doesn’t plan on going anywhere but home after she leaves The Planet.  She just wants to go home and relax, but realizes that she’ll be back later in the evening to DJ.  She’s tried calling Carmen, but Carmen’s not answering or is just busy at the moment.  The end of the day draws nearer, but one of The Planet’s nighttime patrons has already arrived, fresh from work and still in her workclothes.

Kit: Dax?

Dax: Hey, Kit…

Kit: You come here straight from the garage?

Dax: Yeah, can’t ya tell?  But don’t worry, when I come back out here tonight, I’ll be transformed into the lovable party animal.  But right now…I need to talk to you.

Kit: What’s up?

Dax: Ivan sent me.

Kit: Shit.  Is Ivan okay?

Dax: Yeah.  But….

Kit: But what…?

Dax: Ivan wants to sell his portion of The Planet.

Kit appears to be shocked.

Kit: Waitaminute……she just wants to sell it????  I….I can’t afford to run this place by myself!!!  What the Hell’s goin’ on???

Dax: Actually, Ivan’s been wantin’ to do this for a long time.  But he didn’t wanna say anything…  Anyway, someone wants to purchase Ivan’s share of The Planet.

Kit: WHO????

Dax: I dunno.  Ivan says they’re both planning on being here tomorrow, just to let you know.  Ivan and the lady wanting to buy.

Kit: Lemme call her and see what-

Dax: Kit!!  ….Ivan doesn’t really wanna talk right now.  That’s why I’m here instead….lookin’ like shit.  In fact, I need to get out of here ‘fore anybody recognizes me.

Kit: Alright…fine.  I’ll meet Ivan and whoever the fuck tomorrow.  I can’t deal with this shit right now, anyway.

Dax: Sorry, Kit…

Kit: Ain’t your fault, Dax.  Feel free to come on out and party tonight.

Dax: You know it.

Dax gives a wink and heads out.

Time passes and Jenny’s house is full of friends.  Jenny, Max, Shane, Alice, Lara, Bette and Tina.  Angus is next door, babysitting Angelica.  Helena meanwhile is in her room behind the house.  She’s also on her cellphone, talking to Leigh.  Leigh is on her way home for a short while.

Helena: Craziest thing, is it not?

Leigh: Well, I’m glad you got an upgrade on your job there.  You should come out and celebrate tonight.

Helena: Celebrate?

Leigh: Sure.  And yeah, it’ll be at The Planet, but you might as well get used to it, right?  If you can remind me, I’ll be sure to buy you a drink and raise a toast to your new job.

Helena: I appreciate that.  Jenny’s having some of the friends over for dinner, but maybe I’ll show up later.  Right now, I must prepare.  Is Carmen going to be there with you?

Leigh: I think so.  Hey, I’ll talk to you later tonight, alright?

Helena: Okay then.

Helena can sense Leigh’s smile over the phone, causing her to smile as well.  Helena feels hopeful about seeing Leigh and Carmen together.  But for now, it’s on to the kitchen.  As Helena makes her way to the kitchen, Mark is in pursuit mode as he drives his vehicle toward Gomey’s apartment.  Mark knows that Gomey’s the kind of guy who wants to watch his porn first before sharing with the rest of the World.  In this case, over Mark’s dead body.

The Sun has set and darkness has begun taking over.  Jenny, Helena, Shane, Max, Alice, Lara, Bette and Tina all gather around in the kitchen, helping out with the cooking.  It’s a time to relax, unwind and enjoy the company of each other.  Max however has left the TV on, which Jenny decides to turn off.  She turns the TV off in the living room then hears a knock on the door.  As Jenny walks over to the door, she’s too busy lecturing Max to notice who’s waiting outside.

Jenny: Seriously, Max.  Ya gotta remember to turn the TV off, especially the News.  God that’s shit is depressing.  Jenny opens the door……..and is motionless.  It’s as if Jenny has seen a ghost.  Her eyes widen and her jaw almost drops.  And just about every feeling that’s hit her in the last 2 years comes rushing through her body.

She looks down and to the side at first, then looks at Jenny with a calm smile, waiting to be allowed in.

Marina: Hello, Jenny…
