Angelica opened the house with her mother’s key, given to her so she could race ahead to use the washroom. She dropped her bags at the door, and Tina walked up the steps to shake her head, closing the door behind her.
Bette had gone back to her house so that it wouldn’t seem odd for her to be there before Angelica, but she would visit again later that day. Tina had been very concerned for Angelica’s comfort with their being together, and Bette didn’t want to get herself in trouble with the girl, either.
“So how was it sweetie?”
Angelica ran out from her room toward the kitchen, opening the fridge door. “It was great. Jess said that maybe we could do it again soon.” She liked that Jessica was a troublemaker much like herself, but not destructive. Their mischief was playful.
“That’s great. Are you hungry?” Tina asked, motioning over to the bags Angelica had dropped by the front. “Just don’t forget, okay?”
“So how was your day with Bette?”
Tina pivoted to look at her daughter, smiling with amusement. “… What?”
“Did you have a good time with Bette? I’m just asking.”
As Angelica pulled out the juice, Tina leaned onto the counter, watching her girl reach for her glass – getting taller each day. “We had a great time. It was really nice to spend some time with her. Thanks for asking hunny.”
“I know you think I’m a weird kid,” Angelica smiled, pouring her juice.
“That’s not funny,” Tina smiled back, leaning onto the counter to watch Angelica’s articulate movements. The unique maturity in her eyes. “You know I would never call you anything like that – I love you.”
It was difficult not to mention the word, because it was what a number of the kids in her class had been calling her. It had been bothering her lately, but Angelica liked to seem as though she could handle anything by herself.
“Hey – no juice for me?” Tina teased, smiling when Angelica rolled her eyes and walked off with her glass.
“I’m gonna put my stuff away.”
“That’s my girl,” Tina called after her, finally making her way to her own room, making sure that everything was still in place. And then she heard a cell phone going off, and she froze. It was ringing from underneath her bed, and she knew she would have to get it before Angelica came to investigate or she would have some explaining to do. She immediately jumped toward the bed, slipping under her bed like Bette had done to reach the Blackberry with her fingers. When she heard Angelica’s voice in the hallway, she backed out from under the bed just in time.

Thanks for the posting. I like that they’re both experiencing newness in their lives at the same time and trying to figure out what this love thing is all about. Fear does some interesting things to us in holding us back at the wrong time, sometimes. Gots to be brave…

Hey GrindRight,As always Seduction enjoysreading your 10 star stories. I can only imagine how difficult it can become for twowoman who are involved in alesbian relation. Particularlywhen one has a child and theother doesn’t. There are manythings to consider most importantly a child’s mentalhealth and well being. All children need love. However it can become complex teaching a child what love is and who they should love. I want to see where this story goes. I’m listening. Have a enjoyable weekend. Keep Grinding.

This story is spoon good that I cant help read through chapter one to ten for a instance and think “omg, I finished this too soon!”. This is fantastic and Im glad they are clearing their confuse and trying to understand their love to each other (and sweet smart Angie, that child is something! ) seeing Alice’s secret code using made me laughing so hard, her hilarious quick more mind is always entertaining, and maybe Tina will develop friendship with her in future chapter? And always its such a pleasure to read ur work, and hope you would update soon. Oh and have a very good weekend!

Can’t express how giddy I was to read your doubler post lol ! I love the moment between Bette and Angelica, it was so cute. When I was around Angie’s age, I went through the same thing so I understand how she feels even being as young as she is. I hope Bette and Tina confess their feelings soon, that’s when the last of their insecurities will die
