    “She’s the cutest thing ever, you must be very proud Bette” said Alice enthusiastically.

    “I am” she answered, eyes filled with tears.

    “She looks just like you babysis” said Kit quietly.  “Bette looked exactly the same” she explained to the gang.

    “Nah, she’s way much prettier” Bette corrected her.

    “Ok guys! Time to leave”  “We’ll be back tomorrow morning, how long will Tina have to be here” Shane asked Bette.

    “Until tomorrow afternoon.  I can’t wait to go home with my family”  Bette said with no hesitation.

    “Good, congratulations again Bette” Dana said.

     

    Alice and Dana were in the car, Dana was driving.  “Where to?” she asked.

    “My place” replied Alice

    “OK”

    “OK”

    They drove in silence and 15 minutes later arrived at Alice’s.

    “So…” Alice started.

    “Alice, you know I’m leaving in two weeks to Europe to play a couple of tournaments, we both could use this time to think about us”

    “What am I supposed to think about us?” she said angrily.  “I know that I love, I don’t have doubts about that, do you?”

    “No, I don’t.  You know I love you… but… it’s just…”

    “It’s just what Dana?” Alice was getting angrier

    “I told you! You freaked me out, you’re too possessive!”

    “First, I’m not and second, I was right, you’re confused about Lara!”

    “I’m not, I told you before, but I know that I owe Lara some explanations…. You know, I broke up with her just because….”

    “You’re hurting me Dana”

    “I’m sorry”

    “I feel better now, thank you!” Alice was being sarcastic, her best defense she thought.

     

    Shane woke up the next morning feeling restlessly, she turned around and scanned the bedroom like she was looking for someone, in that moment the door opened and Carmen entered the room carrying some dishes.  Shane just smiled at her.

    “Morning” Carmen said

    “What’s that?”

    “Quesadillas” Carmen giggled

    “You must to be kidding me, what happened with egg-rolls?

    “I’ll make you egg-rolls some other time; right now you’re having quesadillas”

    “I love you” Shane said quietly, but then frowned like something worried her.

    Carmen just smiled at her and then said “What time are we heading to the hospital”

    “11″

    “Ok, I’m gonna get ready then.  Are Alice and Dana joining us at the Planet?

    2. One of the many things I hated about the death of Dana was the fact that she didn’t get the opportunity to experience many lovers. Of course, her love for Alice defied category, but the way it ended with Lara (both times) was bittersweet. Thanks for bringing her back! And thanks for creating a virtual space for B&T to have their happy home life with the new baby. (sign…)

    6. This is great, please continue! It’s nice to go back and have a fresh start with Alice and Dana. The way it ended in the show was so unresolved. I hope to read more. :)

    7. Don’t get me wrong now, I like Lara but not with Dana. Dana and Alice should be together along with Bette and Tina. Why must the people who supposedly write or creat for that show mess up everthing up. They need some heavy duty drugs to get them back on track. Like maybe some anti-depressants. Alice didn’t need them but IC sure does. She just likes making everybody feel like her. She is insane! Please put all the girls back together with who they belong with.
