The Planet

Tina leaned over to Bette and asked her if they could go outside and talk, she really needed to tell her something. But before they had the opportunity to reach the door, it opened and in entered Candace. Bette’s jaw dropped in total shock, she went to say something but before she could spit it out Louise had run into Candace’s arms yelling “Mommy”.
A sharp pain ran through her entire body as she looked over to Tina who was mouthing “I sorry”. Before she knew it she was looking up at Tina’s face and the crowd that had gathered behind her. Bette began to hyperventilate, “y…your..with..Can…Cand…ace?”
“Yes Bette we’ve been together since you dumped her well a few days after actually” Tina replied. “I’m so sorry I wanted to tell you, I didn’t want you to find out this way”
At that moment Bette felt she was going to die, she could no longer feel her heart beat. Tina had just ripped it out of her chest and stomped all over it right in front of her. She laid there trying to compose herself she still couldn’t breathe and Marina had brought a brown paper bag over for her to breathe into. Her whole life flashed before her eye’s ‘***** I did this, I fucked both of them over. Karma’s one ***** of a *****’ she thought.
Tina left with Candace before Bette got up. Her friends gathered around her “did you guys know” she sobbed.
Kit:”I’m sorry baby girl”
Alice:”Yeah we’re all sorry Bette but we couldn’t tell you and after Tina told us you were still ***** Candace after she left you, well you kind of deserved it”
Shane: “***** Alice”
Bette:”It’s alright Shane I deserved it”
Shane:”No you didn’t Bette that’s the past you need to forgive yourself once and for all”

Outside in the parking lot Tina leaned into Candace for a passionate

The Past

Tina wandered around the apartment thinking what to say to Bette. She decided that she couldn’t face telling Bette especially after last night, she knew she couldn’t go through with it if she did. ‘I’ll leave a letter’ she went over to Alice’s desk to find a pen and paper but then she saw a tape recorder and decided that might be a better option. She grabbed the tape recorder and sat down on the couch and left her message.
After she was satisfied with what she had said she had her shower and snuck back into the room and got ready for her flight. On the pillow next to Bette she placed the recorder and also an envelope which had ‘Do not open yet’ written on it. She went back out to the lounge and rang Alice for her to take her to the airport and then returned to the bedroom and sat watching Bette sleep.
Half an hour later she heard Alice come into the apartment. She stood up walked over to Bette and leaned down gave her a kiss on the cheek and ran her hand thru her hair, she felt a single tear escape from her eye. “Bye Bette, I’ll love you forever baby” she whispered.

They arrived at the airport and to Tina’s surprise all of her friends were waiting to see her off. She smiled back at Alice who had a grin on her face “you know I can’t keep my big mouth shut” and Tina was glad about in this instance.

Alice’s place

Bette was having the fantastic dream reliving the most passionate night of her life. Her body was still tingling she could still feel Tina inside her, every kiss, touch absolutely everything. She began to stir from her slumber as she was becoming more aroused. Her arm reached over for Tina and when she felt nothing she thought that it must have just been a dream, until she opened her eye’s and saw she wasn’t at home. She flopped her face back down on the pillow, she could smell Tina’s scent next to her and grabbed for the pillow. Her hand hit the recorder and she immediately put her head up to see what it was.
She smiled followed the instructions that were written and pushed the play button expecting to hear something sweet.
