To Hell And Back part:8
“Why did I come here? You know why I came here. To give out grants to worthy organizations that needed it. Why else would I leave my home. My family.”
“But you could have done all of that in New York. There was no need for you to come here. So I’ll ask you again. Why did you come here?
“You know what mummy? How about you tell me why I came here. It’s quite apparent you have your own ideals why I’m here. Do share.” Helena said with a smile. I will not lose control. I am an adult and I shall act like one. You will not get under my skin old lady not now.
Oh I see the wheel are in motion daughter but you will tell me the truth. You may think you’re grown but you’re still a babe in my eyes. “Why don’t you pour yourself a drink. We’re going to be a while.” Peggy watch as Helena filled the glass to the rim. And down it three gulps. Then refilled her glass again.
“I guess I was a lot thirstier than I thought,” she tried to smile it off but she was nervous. “Go on I’m listening.”
“Well you see Helena I’ve wonder about this for awhile now. So feel free to jump in at anytime. Here you were at the top of your game. You have everything a young woman could want. You’re swimming in money, you’re beautiful and smart. The world is your salad. You can either take out what you don’t like or add more to make it more filling. So I ask myself what could make a woman who has everything leave it behind. Yes her mother can be a true bitch. And yes her mother never acknowledged the good things she has done. And yes her mother always find something wrong in what she does. And yes her mother hates everyone who she dates. Am I getting warm dear?” Peggy took a sip of her drink. She watched as Helena laid her head back on the sofa and looked at ceiling. Have I broken your spirit so much you won’t even put up a fight. I know the fighter is within you and I intend to bring it out. “What type of mother would give someone else praise and not their child. What type of mother would go out embarrass her child in front of the person she always has good things say about. And what mother would compare their child to someone else. I’m guilty of all those things Helena and probably more. And I want to apologize for that.”

what a great chapter! i was so happy when i saw you posting again. please don’t make me wait so long for the next update. thx. greetings from cold germany!
Hello Jac, that was so completely brilliant. This has to be one of the hardest lessons that these two have had to got through (Peggy and Helena) These two women spent there lives building up walls of resentment… and for Helena to admit that her only interest (at the time) in Bette was to see her suffer and break is such a powerful image… all the pains and torments and emotions that these two have held onto have been released… and it is time they move forward and create a new bond. I hope that Helena does find the person that will complete her… that will make her see that she is a beautiful soul… not just a pretty face. Keep on rocking int out my friend. Sincerely, JC
That was waonderful, when two strong women break each other, them with some talking and a lot understanding and much more love that they both needs. thanks
awwww, that was lovely Jac. seriously great. peggy and helena’s relationship could have been worked out so much better, and i think you’ve done it here better than anyone else. and spongebob f*’ing rules. the movie is genius in my opinion. lol. helena’s quest for that one love, *siiiiigh* we probably won’t see it resolved on the show, unless they give us a sixth season, but i’ll look forward to your writings of it! pps:)
I’m glad they talked about their feelings .. this chapter was amazing!! hehe the SpongeBob part was really funny XD PPS!!!
I finally get a chance to read and post, I’m glad these two Titan’s have achance to talk. Will be interesting to hear how Helena feels about the woman she wanted to destroy and what she does about it.
