Paramedic: “Ma am we are taking her in to the ER at LA Med Center. You can meet us there. She needs some stitches and a few x-rays. She’s lucky.”
Tina: “Ok, take good care of her.”
Bette: “T, you called me baby.” She smiled as Tina leaned in and kissed her fore head.
Kit: “Ok, we’ll follow you and meet you there.”
Kit and Tina got in the car to head to the hospital. The police were bringing Sarah out of the house now. Tina jumped out of the car and ran up to her.
Tina: “Why did you do this Sarah, why? Are you crazy? Get her the ***** out of here.” Tina yelled to the cops escorting her.
Sarah: “I’m sorry Tina, please forgive me. I swear it was an accident. I didn’t mean to hurt her.”
Those were the last things Tina heard as Sawyer helped her back into the car. They headed to the hospital
To Live Again, To Love Again Chapter 14
Kit, Tina and Sawyer arrived at the hospital. They were directed to the emergency room. They were told only one of them could go in. Tina went with the nurse to where they were treating Bette.
Bette was lying on the bed and a nurse was washing off the blood, to make sure there were no other serious injuries. Tina went to her bed side and took her hand.
Tina: “I’m here Bette are you ok?”
Bette: “I’m fine, they are going to stitch me up and take a few x-rays. Where’s Kit? And Sawyer? She saved me, Tina Sawyer saved me from beating the ***** out of the psycho.”
She smiled at Tina.
Tina leaned down and kissed her gently.
Tina: “She looked pretty battered herself. She’s in jail Bette, we don’t have to worry about her.”
Bette: “I would bet Kit wants to kick her *****. So I would say jail is the safest place for her right now.”
The doctor came in then to exam Bette. She had the laceration on her arm and a stab wound on her thigh. A few small scratches and bruises. And her thought her ribs were either broken or bruised the x-ray’s would tell them for sure. They took her to x-ray and Tina went to join Kit and Sawyer to wait.

Hooray!! Glad I wasn’t that far off in my guess…LOL. Okay, please post soon of the next days of pampering and TLC. Again, we see glimpses of the warmth and love that B&T have for each other…from Tina calling Bette “baby” at the end of the previous chapter, to Tina taking Bette’s hand in the ER and wanting to take care of Bette, the color of Bette’s bedding (sort of signifying the warmth that Bette emits when around Tina), and the framed picture of the two of them in happier times once… Loved this chapter, goldfish. Thanks again for a wonderful chapter.
Finally, great story. Hopefully Sarah will be put away for awhile. Post soon.

“Yhis feels like home” , excellent chapter goldie. Ilove the fact that theofficer let Bette know how much she has inflicted on Sarah. It is good that Sarah will now get what is comming to her, and Bette will make sure that Tina doesn’t blame herself for not seeing the true Sarah. Sawyer is fitting nicely in with the gang, and I just thought of the perfect person for her–Cheryl Bette’s friend from Paris. I think that they would make a good couple since Cheryl is attracted to Bette ans Sawyer is so much like Bette. It is also great that Sawyer respects B&T’s relationship and Tina is not treaten by her. Please post again soon, LOVIN IT.

So, Sarah was a recidivist and a schizophrenic ? No wonder she acted this way. Poor Tina ! Even if those people have a special gift to show their better faces to others and are pretty hard to be unmasked until they finally get a new crisis, it’s awful to suddenly realize you didn’t really know this person during so long…
Bette was right to calm her little family here : Sarah needs psychological help and is already strongly punished now she definitly lost the woman she truly loves. As I already said, I’m feeling really sorry for people like her…
It’s also great to see Sawyer and Tina becoming friends – that’s wonderful for Bette too !
And last but not least – of course ! – thanks to Sarah our two soon-to-be-lovers-again will stay together for a while (… well, that’s an euphemism, I hope ! ^_^). Our lovebirds in nest, what could we wish more ?? I. am. simply. delighted !
