    Author Notes:

    Five years after the fall of B&T

    Bette:  “Jesus Al, I thought you would have stopped doing these things by now..but I can see you haven’tI’ll deal with you all later.I’m going to check on Tina.OUT!  NOW!”

     

    They gang left with slumping shoulders and embarrassed faces.

    Shane:  “***** Alsee you need to think things thru before you act on them.”

    Dana:  “Alice you are taking the heat on this one.you hear me?”

    Alice:  “Yes, I willI promisegod who would have thought that we would find that.”

    Carmen:  “I think it’s great.”

    Alice:  “It is..it’s nice to know.something’s never change.”

     

    Back in the bedroom Tina is lying covered in the bed.

    Bette comes in and quickly embraces her. 

    Bette:  “I’m so sorry babe that damn Alice and her plans. God will she ever learn?”

    Tina was smiling and then began laughing out loud.

    Bette:  “What?  What’s so funny?”

    Tina:  “It’s nice to see something’s never change.”

     


     

     

    To Live Again, To Love Again                              Chapter 20

     

     

    Bette climbed back in bed and they laughed and talked of the other times Alice and her plans had gone awry. 

    Bette:  “I must sayAlice is always good for entertainment.”

    Tina:  “Yes, we can count on her for that.”

     

    They fell asleep holding each other. 

    The next morning they took turns in the shower as to not get distracted.  Bette was going to go to work for at least half a day.  Tina was going to drop her off and Sawyer was going to bring her home.

    Later they were meeting the gang at the Planet for dinner.

     

    When it was time to head out, Tina made sure Bette’s bandages were on good and that she was ok, not in any pain.

    Tina dropped Bette off and went on to work.  She promised to call her later and check on her.  She knew Sawyer would take good care of her.

     

    When Tina arrived she found a giant bouquet of flowers sitting on her desk.  She smiled thinking Bette worked fast she had just dropped her off twenty minutes ago.

    Jamie came in to say good morning.

     

    Jamie:  “Good morning boss, how is the patient?  Is she better?”

    Tina:  “Yes she is, thanks for asking.”

    Jamie:  “I’m sorry about Sarah Tina.”

    13. Two points:
      1. Tina’s assistant is named Jamie. I did a double take. It’s really close to Draemi’s Jaime. Jaime is a soul sister to your Sarah: a little on the kookoo side.
      These fanfics are starting to run together in my mind.

      2. Things are bordering on idyllic with B&T. I feel it’s the calm before another storm. Will Sarah stage an escape from the mental institution and boil a bunny?

    15. Gold…great update. Really love this story. I’m glad that B & T are dating, getting to rediscover each other again. That’s going to be an awesome way to rediscover their passion, lust, & love for one another. And poor Al…she means well, but she never completely thinks things through…that’s what makes it so funny. Can’t wait to see what B & T have in store for Al. Revenge is better served cold. Thanks for the update.
